Glutamine is the real deal. It's tasteless and it's great for your gut health and immune system.There are certain fads that come and go. Super foods, creams, shampoos, oils, vitamins/minerals. Diets also become popular and then become forgotten. Glutamine has never been a fad, but it will never need to prove itself. It has a reputation of being a bodybuilding supplement, but I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with leaky gut or ulcers, and I would still recommend it to anyone who exercises regularly. Just mix it in with your water; it dissolves and is completely tasteless. It helps you recover and will keep you from getting sick often if you have that issue.Your Glutamine levels decrease on regular activity, and without supplementation, you put yourself at risk of deficiency.This particular brand is very high quality. I haven't tried others, but mostly because I haven't had the need to. The powder is very fine and there are no clumps.They used to include a scoop which they no longer do. But I just use a dry spoon. Everyone should add this to their regular supplementation. It's cheap, effective, proven, and lasts forever.I would also suggest taking Vitamin D, as that is another supplement that is proven to help for many that don't get the recommended amount of sun.

I have purchased this several times now and have always been happy with the product. It has no real taste to it and mixes well with my other powder supplements in one shaker. No clumping or separating. Goes done easy. Very reasonably priced compared to other brands for the same serving size. Why pay more for the same thing.

Glutamine is really good for you. I use it because I weight train and that is a killer on your body. Glutamine helps your body release HGH (Human Growth Hormone). HGH helps to burn body fat and increase the size of your muscles. It also helps your body support your muscles (rather than breaking them down). It is also supposed to help keep your GI tract working properly.This Glutamine is great. There is no taste or smell. You can mix it into anything without messing up the taste. Just be careful not to heat it up since glutamine shouldn’t be heated. I mix this into my pre & post workout shakes. Also I mix it in my before bed shake. The price is one of the best out there and so far it works just like all the other ones I have tried.Star Rating: When I do a review I always start out with 5 stars ★★★★★. Then if there is something wrong I will deduct one star and explain why. This way I’m not just arbitrarily picking a number. I think this works properly and the price is good. 5 stars. This product is pretty new so I thought I'd give it a try. Ive been taking Glutamine from GNC for quite some time. I have to say this Glute is working very well. I take before and after my workouts and it has helped me recover faster and more complete than me not using it. I workout 6 days a week with weights and cardio everyday...Without the Glute I would not be able to keep this pace.. All in all this is a solid product that I will probably buy it again.UPDATE: I have been using this Glutamine for the past 6 months, and I have been 100% satified. Glutamine plays key roles in protein metabolism, cell volumizing, and anti-catabolism. Glutamine also increases your ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone, which helps metabolize body fat and support new muscle growth. Glutamine's anti-catabolism ability prevents the breakdown of your muscles.This is especially useful for people 'cutting down'. Especially during summer when you're trying to get rid of some body fat without losing any muscle. Glutamine is needed throughout your body for optimal performance. Your small intestines requires the most Glutamine in your body, and your immune system also needs Glutamine because Glutamine levels deplete during workouts, bodybuilders are more susceptible to illnesses - this is why L-Glutamine supplementation is so important, not necessarily to gain more muscle, but for the 'maintenance' effects of L-Glutamine. I have purchased this product 6x over the years with no issues. It was flavorless with a great consistency that dissolved instantly in my mouth. And it supported my workouts and muscle recovery. But I just purchased my 7th tub, and while the texture is the same, the flavor is not. It is sour like a lemon, but without the lemon profile. Will be switching to another brand.
