I've been using this particular razor for years - probably close to a decade. At some point, Gillette decided to re-design the handle so that the underside would be "open", with a ridge running up the middle. That ridge sometimes gets caught on my beard and/or my nose, depending on where the razor is positioned.I can only assume that it was a cost-cutting measure on Gillette's part, but I really wish they would return to the original handle design. It's a bit easier to hold and much less likely to catch on your face.
