Ive been chewing Nicorette for a while now and i have tried them all. There are a few reasons why i choose this particular one.1) PRODUCT TYPE: I have tried everything: cold turkey, e-cigs, patches, gum, and even the lozenges. IMO the gum works the best. I think this is because u can still maintain the “habit” without actually smoking. For example, after a good meal or after fun time with ur significant other, instead of going outside to smoke i just pop a piece of gum in my mouth. The e-cigs work just as good for the habit factor but i found myself e-smoking twice as often vs when I actually smoked cigarettes (if not more). The patch works by constantly keeping nicotine in ur system so u dont get the satisfaction like u do when u smoke or chew the gum.2) BRAND: The drug store brands dont work very well compared to Nicorette. I tried switching over to save money but found i needed 2-3 times as much to have the same effect which ended up costing more money3) STRENGTH: I use the 4mg vs the 2mg because i find myself chewing 2-3 times more pieces with the 2mg.4) FLAVOR: I have chewed ALL of the Nicorette gums in every flavor. I like the Cool Mint, Fresh Mint, and Spearmint but have found that the flavor in the cinnamon one lasts the longest.Disclaimer: I have been chewing nicotine gum every day for over 10 years now. I switched one habit for another. The plus side is that nicotine gum isnt that bad for you and definitely wont give u lung cancer. U also dont have to worry about second hand fresh breath from chewing the gum. But it does cost just as much (if not more) than smoking. I will always choose the gum over cigarettes for healtg reasons. But if u really want to quit smoking going cold turkey is the only way that works. I quit smoking for several years back in 2001 and i did it by going cold turkey. When the cravings got rough i ran for 5 min as fast as i could, so much so my lungs hurt and the last thing i wanted was a cigarette.I love the gum... just be aware that u are still going to be physically addicted to nicotene.

One of my family members has been smoking for 30 years. We are talking one to two packs per day. They have tried Chantix a few times as it is supposed to be the best way to quit because it does something within your brain. Are you kidding me? A Psychiatric Drug that changes your personality? Not only doesn't it work but unless you are really in need of Psychiatric Drugs then don't even think of using them! Read the Chantix Box, it says you might develop "Thoughts of Suicide or Violence"....I think you are better off with the cigarettes. This gum is a lot more simple, leave your brain alone and just chew the freaking gum! Once you start using Nicorette, you will understand that it is the Nicotene addiction that has stopped you from giving up smoking all these years. The gum gives you the Nicotene rush that you thought was only possible from smokes. I saw President Obama give an interview where he said he is controlling his smoking by using this gum so i bought it and told my family member that you really need to try it. It has been three weeks now and they have gone from 25 cigarettes a day to 3 cigarettes and 9 pieces of gum. It is unreal. The 4 mg gum will change your life.2 Month Follow-up: The gum works. Almost 3 months now and my smoker is at 3 cigarettes and 6 pieces of gum per day. Our world is very different now. The house doesn't stink, this person doesn't stink, and we have already saved over $1000 in cigarette costs. Listen to me: If you are reading this review then you know you are in trouble and you know you need to stop. Buy this product, clear your head and trust me when I say that your addiction to Nicotene is remedied by chewing this gum. You get the same rush from this gum as you do from cigarettes.... I am spending the extra time with this review because I know there is someone out there who needs to hear this....you can do it.

I vape all the time and I needed something for when I’m on a plane this worked perfectly whenever I chew this gum I don’t even feel like hitting my vape at all it really works ! And it taste great ! Definitely recommend if you need it for emergency cravings , if you need it as a substitute for places you can’t smoke , and even for quitting this will definitely help somebody that wants to quit !
