This stuff works. I have read the concerns about this and similar products but frankly the problems seem to be when people abuse the product. Dumping 5 bottles of this with vodka makes no sense but if people do that, it is hardly surprising there are major side effects. I am not any type of medical professional and I do follow the guidelines for use so I don't know if this will be good for you but it does help me keep awake on long drives with out the frequent stops necessitated by over indulging in coffee.

I was working a crazy two job schedule that kept me awake some days for over 24 hours. The 5 hour energy was quite the life saver in the times I was extremely tired. I didnt care for the aftertaste, but I feel staying alert is more important!!

Since turning 60 several years ago, I have had issues staying awake while driving. Since "discovering" 5 Hour Energy Drink, I have had absolutely no issues with keeping awake while driving. It's as if a "switch" is thrown and I am awake and alert.
