The product was shipped quickly. I received it in about 2 or 3 days. As the description tells, the ball comes deflated. I already have a ball pump so it was not a problem. The ball looks great. I watched an England rugby match and paused the screen when there was a close-up of the game ball. When I held mine up for comparison they were very nearly the same. Of course, the game ball does not say "Official Replica." I have played with it some and everything seems to be fine. I have not used it a lot, so I can not say if it will stand up to its abusive rugby needs. All and all, a great purchase.

The ball I received has a small defect in it where it had been folded or stored flat. I hoped over time after inflating the ball the dent would fade, but it’s been a few months and it’s stilled dimpled. We still play with it and otherwise it seems like a nice quality rugby ball. Appearance is important and it’s not perfect.The small dent has all but disappeared after a few months of inflation.

As far as I can tell my grandson really liked this rugby ball that we gave him for Christmas. Be aware that the ball comes deflated so make sure you have a pump and an inflation needle so you can blow it up.
