The last 6+ months has been a rollercoaster in my life. So in response I haven't been eating right. And my body started to slowly deplete. I was running out of energy, my body was constantly sore and I was losing weight. I was losing my appetite and not eat as I should. I was having more headaches and rapid heart beats. I thought maybe my vitamin D levels are low again and startes taking one high dose pill every week. Seemed to help but still wasn't feeling well. Something had to change. My job is highly physical also, so my body finally crashed one day and I couldn't function or leave my bed.That's when I came across this stuff! I needed the high protein and carbs. This stuff has both plus the vitamins and minerals that are essential. I've been drinking it twice a day (morning I mix with oat milk and evening I mix with whole milk) I can't begin to tell you how great this stuff has made me feel! It's given me back almost every ounce of energy and my body isn't sore or tired anymore! It's stimulate my appetite and my skin is looking so so much better! I highly recommend this stuff if you're going through something similar like me. It also taste great and mixes very well. It's worked wonders for me in the first week alone that I know Ive taken off in my goal to take better care of my body and gain the weight back with something that is healthy for me to consume. This product is very good tasting, I choose the chocolate and am very pleased with the flavor! I struggle with anxiety and sometimes that makes it hard to eat normal food on a regular basis which causes me to lose weight. With the high calories and protein count in this product, it makes a great meal replacement and helps ensure I don't lose any more weight. I will be buying more for sure; I have about 10+lbs to gain back. One more note: I'm mixing it with milk, I think it is much creamier, and it adds more calories!

Texture: Dymatize Serious Mass Gainer has an amazing texture. It's really fine so it mixes well with whole milk. Haven't tried water but can only imagine it's not as frothy and won't be nice and creamy. I'm on my second 10lb bag and have this shake as my desert before bed and only on gym days (5x/week). Stomach/Digestion: I have had ZERO stomach issues due to the quality ingredients and fineness of the powder. Also, I like to use exactly half serving size giving me still about 800 calories. Taste: I will say the chocolate is amazing. It tastes exactly like a frothy Wendy's Frosty! Again this is with 16oz whole milk and half the total grams of powder. 10lbs is not a lot given the serving size. However, your calorie surplus goal should allow you to half the servings getting you about a month out of 10 lbs.

Okay update: I got the big bag this time and luckily it didn’t come damaged at all. I will say I’ve been drinking 2 shakes a day for the last 5 days and I’ve gained 2 pounds already. I will recommend though, because I use whole milk with my shakes, to make sure you drink lots of water and have fiber in your diet too. I woke up today with a bad stomach ache that lasted all morning at work. I think I’m backed up a little. Too much dairy. Besides that though it’s doing what it’s supposed to! I recommend!I have been contemplating buying this product for a few months now. Finally gave in. I need to gain weight. I have such a low appetite and fast metabolism that I am 5’4 and 110. I’m not okay with that. I figured I would give this a go. I will update after a few months. As far as taste goes.. I like it. It’s a very light vanilla taste. Not overwhelming like some brands. Also, it’s smooth, and not chalky. It blends well. I’m starting with half servings so I use a shaker and that works well too. Little residue on the bottom, but not much. Overall I think that this product is worth giving a try. I hope I will see some results after a few months with my weight.

I’ve used Russian Bear for 25 years and Mutant Mass for a few years now; I’ve always had solid gains and maintained good mass with both of these products. The chocolate flavor in Russian Bear and Mutant Mass tastes great! This product, as well as other cheaper price options tastes terrible compared to the ones I mentioned. Of course this is just my opinion. I bought this to try because it was on very good sale price.
