5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect oatmeal pot
This small pot is perfect for cooking oatmeal. This is it's sole function. Nothing sticks, so it's easy to clean. The heat is well distributed. Excellent price.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Pan, Perfect Size
I don't use the pan for a lot, but it's an ideal size for boiling a couple eggs or making small servings of grains. It feels really well-made, and it's great that it's comparable to saucepans which are much more expensive.
5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!
I have a budget Cuisinart cookware set. I fell asleep with some gnocchi cooking in my sauce pan and woke up to an apartment full of smoke and a pan full of charcoal. Oops! The pan was destroyed and could not be saved. I jumped on Bolo and found this one at a great price. It is the same size as my old sauce pan but much nicer. The lid and handle look great, and I love the exterior finish. But most of all, the non stock interior works much better! It cleans like a breeze!
4.0 out of 5 stars Arrived quickly
Nice pot. Substantial weight. Handle can get too warm. Perfect size. Easy to use & clean .gave it 4 due to handle.
5.0 out of 5 stars Durable, dependable pan saves time and water
Well-constructed saucepan with black non-stick surface, has served me well after months of daily cooking over range of different temperatures and contents. The non-stick surface allows for cooking notoriously sticky foods like eggs, oatmeal and rice without oils or excess liquids, that can be transferred cleanly to dishes (I suggest wiping the surface with oil to seal the pores before the new pan is first used, wash off with soapy water). Crusting or browning at the bottom during high heat cooking can be easily nudged off with silicone spatula/spoonula. Extensive cleaning not necessary, thus saves water. Uninsulated handle remains cool during cooking but the handle on the glass cover gets hot, so use a cloth or paper towel to grab it.One minor drawback is the transfer of smell after cooking salmon, presumably because the fish oil is adsorbed to the pores. Got another pan for cooking the innocuous foods, not unlike the need to segregate meat and dairy dishes. This is not a problem for me, but might be important if dietary restrictions apply.
5.0 out of 5 stars Why risk it? Cuisinart always delivers quality
Well I did what I believe many folks have done before. Forgot about the oatmeal I had boiling on the stove until it was too late. There are some cheaper one quart pots out there, but for the amount of use it would get, that's where I draw the line and go for a quality brand. And what is great is that this particular pot from Cuisinart isn't really all that expensive anyway. Non-stick, attractive black color and glass cover. Easy decision.
5.0 out of 5 stars Quality non-stick without being astronomically priced
I wanted high quality non-stick pans of a few sizes, but didn’t want to make a Mercedes payment for a famous tv chef, so ai went with three sizes of these cuisinart style pans. The non-stick surface seems durable, the deep glass cover has holes to help vent the pan when boiling, and the top edge of the pan has a pour spout on one side for convenience. So far, they are easy to clean and seem quite durable.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent saucepan
The media could not be loaded. I wanted a nonstick saucepan for poached eggs and oatmeal. All of my cookware is All-Clad stainless plus 1 nonstick frying pan which hasn't held up well. This pan is wide enough for poached eggs. It heats evenly; see the video of it simmering water. The sides heat as evenly as well.Cleans very easily, including eggs. Egg whites stuck to previous nonstick, good brand saucepans I tried.I usemit at least once a day and will update about durability in a few months.
Fabulosa
Funciona de maravilla
Mala calidad
La olla se levanto el recubrimiento aunque tuve el cuidado necesario. No vale la pena gastar tanto.
This pot works as it should.
This pot is mostly used for cooking eggs, and it functions well. Heat maintenance is even, and clean-up is no problem.
Muy buen producto
Todo bien
Calidad. No se pegan. Pesadas.
Excelente calidad. No se pega nada y bien fácil de lavar. Sólo que es más pesada que las normales, para que lo tomen en cuenta.
