I get that you’re trying to appeal as the cool European machine but maybe slide in some Queen’s English in there. I had to go look it up on YouTube but basically you dump the solution into an empty water reservoir, fill the reservoir, hold down the descale button and then turn on your frother. At this point you’ll need a container big enough to contain all the water in the reservoir as the machine will start cycling water out the frother over of about 30 minutes. After that’s done refill with new water, turn on the frother and you’ll cycle the clean water through. Verify your directions are the same but this is kind of the gist. There are no instructions in the box

My aunt gave me her espresso machine and told me herself that she hadn't cleaned or descaled it properly in a few months. She would just run the cycle. I did that once, but wanted to maintain my machine properly. I got this and went through the descale cycle and what a difference! My coffee tastes so much better! So much fuller and richer! You definitely need this to properly maintain your machine! Just get it!

The past 2 times I’ve ordered this, one of the containers had a hole and leaked. Which means I’ve only been able to use half of the product I paid for. I thought it was a fluke for the first package but was definitely disappointed when it happened a 2nd time.

Very useful for cleaning and descaling ability of coffee machine delonghi has a funny smell to it however it’s not unbearable also removes scale very well however it’s not too cheap but definitely does the job properly and you don’t have to use it often unless you constantly use the coffee machine all day long
