Who doesn't love dodgeball??? No one! That's who! Unless your balls are crap, and it hurts so bad to get hit that you never want to play again! Well these balls are pretty dang good! I wasn't really sure what to expect from the description. What does foam and inflatable mean? Well I would describe them as thick rubber. They don't seem foamy to me, but they are a nice soft, but durable type rubber. We've only used them twice so far. But we are a family of rough boys, and they are a hit so far. They seem durable, and I hope they continue to be. Thumbs up from 4 boys and a mom who chases them!

Been so happy with these balls. I have 2 sets. We use them for our church youth group. They have certainly taken a beating but are great quality. I would buy more again in a heartbeat.They seem like normal playground balls for the most part but do have a "soft" outside layer, but it is rather thin and virtually not effective and preventing sting when hit hard, that said, still great for dodge ball... the game comes with a risk of a ball the face. :)

I had thought I was paying extra for the sturdy balls: 2 of the 4 balls I inflated split within the first 1h of use in the backyard. (I haven't inflated the last two). This batch must have been poorly stored or manufactured: I paid for 6 balls but 2 split immediately. I've never seen such shoddy quality.

So, main thing you need to know about these is their description is a TOTAL LIE. They are not foam balls, they are rubber balls. They are also no 8.5 inch balls, they are 7 inch balls. Someone at this company has completely failed at correctly labeling these, and has clearly added them to Bolo solely based on the label on the ball.These are 7", rubber inflated balls. Rhino-skin is a feature on foam balls, so that part is also a lie.They are extremely squishy and bouncy, 6 of them arrive in this package, of various colors. They are a bit bigger than a canteloupe, but significantly smaller than a traditional playground kickball/dodgeball (which are the 8.5 size advertised). You will need a pump, as they are mailed deflated, and again, they are air fill/rubber balls.DODGEBALL RELEVANCE: These are exactly equivalent to "NO-STING" 7 inch rubber dodgeballs used by Weho Dodgeball, and Stonewall Dodgeball on the east coast. They are fairly durable, and pretty well made. Only had them for a week, but for the price-point of 6 for 30 dollars, if you are a new dodgeball entity, or are putting together a new PE course, they are well worth your investment, in my opinion.

I bought these for a church gym day so we could use them for dodgeball. They were easy to inflate and play with, and felt great! The grip was really good. I like that there are different colors too, it was more fun for the kids! The balls were so nice one of them got stolen :( I'd highly recommend these and/or get them again!

These balls came deflated. We were looking for balls similar to Gator balls (soft but durable). These are not it. They are great for kickball, but not dodgeball with the kids in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, they are also a pain to return.

Bin sehr überrascht über die gute Qualität der Softbälle. Entweichende Luft kann ich nicht bestätigen. Auch wurde bei mit die Luftpumpe mit Ventil geliefert, welches sich bei uns im Griff "versteckt" hatte. Im Großen und Ganzen sind sie Bälle aus meiner Sicht sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Great for dodgeball
Great set and a good value. We use them as dodge balls at a youth sports night. They are easy to throw and don't hurt like the traditional rubber balls. So far they seem pretty durable.
They are the bouncy kind- not the Rhino skin with the foam.
Ordered these and the small ones. I expected these to be the same material but they are the type that bounce everywhere and sting when they hit. Disappointed. Asked in November for money back or a return and I never heard back.
