After using this product for about 3 months, the flavor is tolerable, the quality is excellent, and the impact of nutritionally intaking this cod liver oil is healthy. In my opinion (I am not a medical doctor) and (I was not paid or sponsored by this product) I have felt and noticed better overall functions of the body and mostly the brain. Since our bodies don't produce this oil, we are always going to be deficient in our bodies having this to perform optimally, especially the brain.Definitely minimizes the fatigue and helps you perform better in mental exercises, as if you have no limit to loosing energy in your brain. Of course, diet also plays a role in your brains performance, so this product alone would not get the full job done. But someone who for example, eats fruits, veggies, good quality carbs and lean protein alongside using this cod liver oil, the benefits are noticeable. If you are an individual who constantly works solving complex problems, or having to maintain a very strong focus and retention for problem solving issues / exercises, then this cod liver oil will definitely improve the functions of your cognition sooner or later. I would say in my opinion, take this product for a good solid 3 months, taking a spoon everyday and try performing a mental exercise that you have a interest in doing, (I personally use Lumosity) and (I am not paid or sponsored by Lumosity) which you should notice a difference in about week 2 or 4, when comparing your scores in the games.But keep in mind, everyone is different and depending on how your daily activity is, your medical health condition, your genetics, your diet and your mental conscious stability is, all play a role in the effect of the individual and implementation of this supplement / product.The design is welcoming and yet scientific with its hard glass and dark blue color of the glass giving off a professional impression. The design and logo is positive and conservative at the same time. Would definitely order more of these. Only draw back is the cost, but still giving this product 5 stars overall and not going to lower the rating due to the price. Will continue to personally buy this product when I have the funds and continue experimenting the benefits and effects of this prolong continue use, to see if there are more improvements I can pick up on and notate with statistical scores on mental cognitive performance.

amazing taste for those who are sensitive to taking fish oil vitamins, this has the orange flavor hint and when taken on a empty stomach, you might burp but then the slight aftertaste is gone and my stomach reacts good to this product. as far as effects to my health, i feel like my mind is sharp and my dental hygiene is the best it’s ever been, with regular maintenance, of course, but tooth cavaties are no longer showing up since i’ve been taking this product. i feel like the omega 3s are high quality and i will continue to purchase this and take as needed.

EDITED 7/1/2024: Okay, so it shows a plastic cap on the photo of the product, but it actually comes with an aluminum one with the safetly seal ring underneath. Three days after opening it, this flimsy aluminum cap has mishapen and no long adequately seals the bottle. I will be contacting the company for a return item. I hope to speak with someone about replacing the bottle with the same type as I ordered, but with the black plastic cap instead. In regards to this mishapen, no longer screwing down to seal the bottle, aluminum cap, I have a hard time trying to pull this cap off in order to take a dose. I have tried re-shaping it to a round state, but something has changed with the threads so it no longer screws down tightly. I could, and have, used the unscrew motion to try and release the cap for at least 30 seconds. No work. Pull slightly while turning counterclockwise, still does not work. Pull harder while turning counterclockwise, not working. Push down, then try counterclockwise motion, not working. I have to try and pull the cap off in order to remove said cap. I would try to replace this cap, but there is a plastic seal in the center portion of the cap that is intended to create a seal (I am supposing by the obvious bits involved) once the cap is screwed down tightly. After thought, I would suppose it *is* sealing with the amount of force required to now remove the cap, but I honestly do not feel up to the fight each day. I prefer a pacifist type jar, over this stubborn aggressive one.Years ago all you had a choice of was Lemon (blech) or regular. I always chose the regular, the lemon flavoring was horrendous. But I decided to give the Strawberry a try and I am so glad I did! There is zero fishy flavor, and it's very easy to go down. I placed the spoon full of oil near the back of my tongue just in case, and there was zero need. It was very nice indeed. Give this one a try!Packaging that it came in was amazing. There was no plastic or packing peanuts or any bubble wrap. It was a molded cardboard clam-shell that wrapped around the bottle, then that was inside a small box. My bottle arrived in perfect condition.

I love this oil because it tastes like orange ice cream from my childhood. It pairs so well and totally up-levels with my coffee or a chocolate protein smoothie. Who knew cod liver oil could feel like dessert.Oh, and it’s effective, too. 💯I took off a star because the new lid is very difficult to work with. It’s hard to take on and off, doesn’t stay sealed tight, and crushes in when I finally do manage to remove it. It’s just a lot of unnecessary frustration.

Nos llegó el sabor Limon en vez de fresa y con vitamina D3 añadida en vez de Cod Liver Oil sola que hubiera preferido.Aparte de eso llego bien la botella lastima que no fue el que pedi.
Must have supplements
First of all I want to thanks Bolo for bringing such world class product to my doorstep. Without Bolo, buying this product is close to impossible for any Indians, bcoz this majorly found in 1st Grade nations of the world.This is an amazing product one must have once in lifetime. Though taste and smell may be compromised a bit but its still there and may bother or be disliked by many. The benefits are amazing and is evitable within 2 weeks of its usage long term benefits may take some more time to reflect.Overall this a good product to avail in Bolo.
Fist time purchaser
I hope this works for my 2 years old child.The expiry date is kind of confusing it says impor Oct 26 and expiry September 26. Is this for month or year.
Clean taste
Doesn't taste too strong or fishy. Am very happy with this product.
The QR code is a good way to check if the product is authentic, but...
The packaging was done well by Global mart, the QR code is a good addition to check if it is authentic but the packaging or seal on the glass bottle by Nordic Naturals is very flimsy, a thin plastic seal is given in the cap but the cap itself is not sealed, there is no Hologram, Logo. Need to start using or finish the bottle to see if it works.
