I am 48, in perimenopause and drink way too much coffee. I get leg cramps like Charlie horses and have difficulty sleeping. I cannot believe how well these work and how quickly. I dissolve 3 under my tounge and within a minute or 2 leg cramps are gone and I am relaxed and tired and ready for bed. It is fabulous. Now I will be stocking up. I cannot be without these. Not even previously perscribed muscle relaxers worked like this. Definitely worth it.

This product really helps alot. I use it before I go dancing, because I get such terrible leg cramps when I use this product it stops the crampping almost always, once in a while I have to back this up with the Old Amish Muscle Tonic (which has a harsh vinegar ginger taste) but works very quickly, I do not order this product from Bolo because I can buy this Locally. This is well worth the money 1 capful with 2 ounces of water so it will last you quite awhile. I take this with me everywhere I go.

I often get leg cramps and have tried a lot of different remedies over the years. I'll admit dehydration may play a part but even so, it's a miserable experience! I never know if these reviews are auto-generated or paid for but I took a chance and am pleasantly surprised these actually work. I can take 2, one under each side of my tongue, and they dissolve. There are so many that claim to but don't actually so that was nice! Not a lot of flavor and my leg cramps did not return all night. Been over a month and they still kick in quickly. Highly recommend.

I tried these figuring I’d give them a shot. Well they actually work pretty good. I get terrible pains in my legs from a bad ankle a physical job and 30+ years of Softball. The only bad thing is that I wish they would last longer.

When a cramp starts, I grab the container, pop a pill into my mouth, under my tongue, and sometimes will chomp down on the pill to break it up for even faster dissolving. No water needed. Instant relief. Rarely need a 2nd tablet. Wonderful product for a very reasonable price. This has great shelf life, so you can keep it for a long time and reach for it whenever a cramp suddenly occurs. I would advise if you're going to do something strenuous, that you pack this along with your gear, to be prepared. FYI ... Homeopathic remedies are diminished in effectiveness by heat, odor, and light. So keep it protected from them and you will have a great reliever from cramps at hand.

This actually works very well but now I read that one of the ingredients is actually quinine, which the FDA has banned so I don’t understand how it can be in this product! How can this be sold if it has quinine in it? I’m confused & concerned.
