5.0 out of 5 stars It's a AMAZING saddle pad
I saw other reviews and it said the color mist green wasn't the same color as it showed on the picture now, I want to say it's not the exact color, but it is still gorgeous in my opinion it fits my chestnut saddle bred horse who is 15.2 hands high. It did get quite dirty but as it states on the tag when you buy it to wash separately in the dryer. Also, for only 25 dollars that is a perfect saddle pad I say that saddle pad is worth at least 50 dollars!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Saddle Pad for Summer Trail Rides!
I recently purchased this purple saddle pad for my 17" English saddle, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! My horse, who stands at 15.2 hands tall and has a long back, seems very comfortable with it.The saddle pad is incredibly lightweight, making it perfect for those long summer trail rides. It's also super easy to clean, which is a huge plus after a dusty day on the trails. One of the best features is that it stays perfectly in place, preventing any discomfort for my horse or myself.Overall, I highly recommend this saddle pad to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-maintain option that provides great comfort and stability. Five stars all the way!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect basic English pad
I've bought four of these saddle pads over the last couple years. For the price, I think they're just about perfect. They're pretty durable--out of the four, only one has had some stitching come loose with weekly use--the others look brand new, even after several years. I wash them biweekly--throw them in the laundry and then the dryer and, poof, they are clean and white. The underside is white fleece, which I like, it helps keep the pad in place, and they don't chafe. It also makes it really easy to spot saddle fit problems from the sweat pattern, so you know when you need to get the fitter out ;). None of mine have come with billet straps (even though they're in the description), but I've never had trouble with them sliding with a well-fitted saddle. I've used them on three different horses--two thoroughbreds with very high withers and a warmblood/draft mix. They're all on the taller side (15-2, 15-3, and 16-2), so the size is wonderful. I get so many complements about the bright colors :).
4.0 out of 5 stars Color
The media could not be loaded. the overall pad is nice quality, breezy, easy to clean, and pretty. but the red color that i bought did not have white on the girth straps, and this one did, looking at other reviews other people who have ordered red have gotton a white underside while ive gotton black. the colors are all a little varied when buying, the purple may be a little lighter or darker and i just assume they use whatever they have to send out if its close to the same color. you get what you pay for 💯
5.0 out of 5 stars Good pad, great value, love color choices
I already had this pad in purple but wanted a black one for a Halloween show we had. It arrived early on great condition. These are simple pads, nothing special, no special padding. If you’ve got a good fitting saddle no problem. If your saddle doesn’t quite fit or your horse is hard to fit, you may need extra padding or go with a pad that offers more support. But for the price...these pads are great. Lots of colors to chose from so you can have several to match your shirts. I’ve had my purple one for over a year and it has held up fine. 2-3 rides a week and laundering. I read reviews about colors not being true but both mine are as pictured. Definitely plan to buy a couple of other colors.
3.0 out of 5 stars Had to re-sell. Runs big.
Bought it. First thing I noticed was that the purple that seems to be depicted in the picture (third one down) is NOWHERE near the same color as what we got. We had to hope that the tiny little sliver we can see in the picture was a good representation. No. We got a lilac color. I thought, "okay, I still like the color. I'll try it." Put it on one horse with a 16" saddle. It took up most of her back (as seen in the picture). Admittedly, this horse is short in the back, but still, it was giant. Put it on our other horse, who is slightly longer in the back but it built differently. This pad took up his entire back and actually extended past his point of hip. Would work well for a larger saddle on a longer-backed horse. But we put it on once. Left enough dirt on the pad that we basically had to commit to it and couldn't return. Then opted to re-sell it because it wasn't going to work for us either in color or size.As far as quality of product: it's soft, well cushioned, and seems to be well made. The color is nice, but understand there does appear to be a discrepancy between what you see and what you get (at least in my case with this color). If I had a larger saddle, longer-backed horse, and I could see the color in person, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase just based on overall build quality.

So so
Pretty but slips quite a bit since there is no attachment to secure it to the girth straps.
