I bought a helmet bag last year that was half the $$, and it has a fleece liner. This one doesn't have a liner at all. Probably not a big deal unless you really need one. I bought this for an expensive Arai helmet, and I would've appreciated some padding. I should've read the description and the reviews more closely. I guess the only reason to complain is that it costs quite a bit for an unlined bag.Quality seems good. NIce heavy Cordura, stitching looks solid. It'll probably take a good beating and last. Don't know if the helmet inside of it will.

Great helmet bag. Fits my helmet and also a halter that I bring with me. In the winter I stick extra gloves and a hat inside plus the outside pocket is great for your cell phone or riding gloves.
