Constructed of wood laminate and available in your choice of Espresso, Alder or White finish! Don't forget, this organizer is fully stackable with duplicate units, so feel free to order as many as you need! It is important to understand how finished edges go together. Take a moment to lay out all the wood pieces and note the finished and unfinished (raw wood) edges. Arrange pieces so all finished edges are facing the same way.

I bought this shelf to add some extra Storage space to the top of a small bedroom closet. The shelf did exactly what I needed it to do. it created extra space for my small bags inside and my large bags on top. It gave me space for Small storage bins underneath. Easy to put together and sturdy

These are the perfect size for my small closet. They are hefty for being so small. Very easy to put together. Came in original, unopened boxes. Doesn't show dirt. Can fit shoes under the shelf as well, so I can easily store 6 pairs of shoes. (No, I am not able to put three pairs on the shelf. I wear a size 8.5 and only two pairs of tennis shoes will comfortably fit on a shelf. I could probably squeeze a third pair in, but nah.)

I bought the larger ones many years back to solve the issue of my shoes taking over my closet - I think my shoes multiply when I am sleeping. : )They lasted – and still look great after all these years. This time around I bought the shorter ones - this way - between the larger ones and these smaller ones side by side in my closet - I still had room in my closet for a section for my dresses to hang down to the floor too. Plus all my shoes are pretty tidy at this point too.Pretty easy to put together - although you have to use a bit of muscle to get the screws in tight with a manual scredriver. They also have a bit of weight to them as well – which I think is a good thing. My older ones have never sagged and the particle board is quite thick and sturdy. (One guy's review said he was disappointed when it broke when his friend sat on it - and another review warned not to let your children stand or play on these... I have no idea what some people are using these for - but they are MADE FOR STORAGE OF YOUR SHOES!?!?!? Oh - and another reviewer also exclaimed surprise that the box did not include a hammer and screwdriver – seriously? I guess his butler must have been off that day. : )Some reviews here complain that the back of the finished product is not actually finished - just pressed board showing. I don't understand this complaint at all. If you have them in the closet against the wall - you can not see the backs at all. Even if you have them out in an open room - I would assume they will still be against a wall - so what is the problem?The only problem I have – as being a woman with high heels as well as flats – most heeled shoes – especially higher ones will not fit in the slots. Flats, sneakers, most sandals – great. Even for lower heals or maybe higher heels but in a sling back style or something – again no issue. For the higher heeled sturdier shoe – they just won’t fit.I wish they would make one “for the women” – it would be very helpful. Seriously – one that may be a bit higher just for the women would be GREAT! For now – my highest heels either sit on the closet floor next to the shelves – or I put them on the top of the units once stacked.Still a great product. And it is very helpful that they offer different widths as well – and different color finishes!

The initial plan was to purchase one for my front door so people can leave there shoes on it. I was also planning on purchasing more to place on the top shelves of my closet as s space saver. So to start with I bought three. Ine for the door and two for the closet.Assembly was rather easy. I was however confused because the boards did not align and soon found out that the is actually a front and back side. This corrected the issue quickly. BUT!! these are not sturdy AT ALL!! I recently got my first apt and have been setting it up bit by bit to my liking, realized I needed a step stool to reach something but I didnt have one. Looked beside me and decided to try this shoe rack and girl let me just say I found out the hard way. It broke. Unsalvageable. I would say keep light weight things on there. I ended up going to walmart and bought a step stool.I stacked the remaining two and decided to use it as a display of my fave shoes and bags in closet instead of a space saver but the shelves are too close I had to fold my back pair of heels and my red back I'd also squished in there.I would've rated a 4 (-1 for sturdiness) but I'm giving three because of the space between the two shelves. I still intend on buying more of them as initially planned and will actually buy more to for my many flat pairs of shoes as I'm assuming this is what it's intended purpose is.

We bought a couple of ClosetMaid 892317 31-Inch Horizontal Laminate Closet Organizer, Espresso to use as shoes organizers in our closet. These came in fast, in good condition and were super easy to assemble. You don't even really need to look at the instructions. They have a nice color and are pleasant looking.They are sturdy, the wood is a good quality which is a great deal for the price. They are stackable but we are using them as singles aligned against 2 different walls. You can use them as 3 shelves since you can use the floor under them.What I dislike though is that the lower shelf/upper shelf distance is a bit small, so you cannot stack high heel shoes there, you can stack your mid and low heels. Also it is not possible to stack men's winter shoes since they are a tad thicker on the heels and have a tad of a longer neck. But since you can use the floor and the upper shelf this problem is minor.These have been sitting in our closet for almost a couple of months now and they are doing their job perfectly. you can see what is on there and you can pick out the pair you want easily, you don't have to fight with the heels being stuck in between bars and they are easily kept tidy.

Good for Price
Nice little unit but not for heavy boots or ankle height shoes. Veneer over pressboard. Easy to assemble. Unfortunately three of the corners came damaged and white pressboard is very noticeable through the cracked espresso veneer. Inside packing non existent so nothing to protect shelving in shipping. Great little unit for the price, if it’s not damaged.

Very nice presentation. Sturdy and easy to assemble. I stacked up two of these vertically, and removed the middle shelf from one, and then attached the two with a plywood in the back for support, and wa la, it has turned into a bookcase with room in the middle rack (with one shelf removed) for larger/ taller items like a record player. and a decoration piece. Something like this is priced at around $152 even at Bolo. With these two attached, I got the entire bookcase for only $26+26+ tax. Highly recommend it for its quality.
Compact and simple, long-lasting
This is the fourth one I bought... the style is so minimalistic and clean. They stack on top of each other so that’s super convenient. It’s easy to assemble by yourself. It looks great, and lasted me 3 years so far. No cracks or anything.The only downside is that it fits 2.5 pairs of shoes lol. The only time I can fit 3 pairs is when they’re really slim shoes like flats. Got a pair of men’s runners in the same row? Nope, you can only put one shoe..
