5.0 out of 5 stars Learn from my stupidity
Ok, sooo apparently DOT 5 is different than DOT 5.1. This was a hard lesson I learned about ready a bottle correctly. What I will say is that it was super hard to find DOT 5. This company and Bolo made it easy. I was able to flush my brake system and the fluids definitely performs as intended. Good quality and will buy again next time I do a brake job.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good product,
Works great for utility vehicles, use it in my side by side, keeps the brake fluid cooler
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect to refresh system.
Used to replace the old brake fluid in my ‘86 Harley braking system. Worked perfect. Good value for money. Would recommend.
5.0 out of 5 stars Brake fluid
Good price worked properly
4.0 out of 5 stars One of the bottles was MISSING the CAP!
Amazingly the fluid did not leak even though 2 bottles were packed in a paper envelope and one had no cap. How does this happen? the cap was not in the package and the package (envelope) was not damaged.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great price on Dot 5 Silicone fluid.
Great price and cheap shipping on somewhat hard to find Dot 5 Silicone Brake fluid.
5.0 out of 5 stars Purple makes it easy to see when you’re done.
For whatever reason , the 2003 Harley Superglide calls for a different break fluid than the others.Anyway , purple color make is easy to see in the tube when I am bleeding brakes.
5.0 out of 5 stars Hard to find In my area . DOT 5 brake fluid .
DOT 5 brake systems are not compatible with any other DOT numbers and using any other DOT number in them will ruin them . Brake systems that use DOT 5 brake fluid ( some , but NOT ALL Harley’s ) Must ONLY use DOT 5 fluid. Since it was not available anywhere locally to me I was pleased that it was available on Bolo.
