I'm a big Essie nail polish fan. I bought the black color ('licorice') and it is a beautiful, shiny black. I find that I get about 3 days of unblemished wear, and that's with 2 base coats (Orly's 'nail armor') and two top coats (Beauty Secret's 'top coat') + 2 coats of this Essie color.It is so beautiful that I accidentally bought it twice, lol. I ordered a bottle with the 'no rush' shipping option, then the next day went to select a polish color to paint my nails and found this bottle unused in my polish arsenal. Whoops.

I always like Essies's products. I am a nude/sheer pink kinda girl. This polish is not as pink as it looks. I think the light and cuticle oil is making it have pinker effect.This color is similar to Essies's Inside Scoop. I stick with Essie because they are realistic about their pricing. The brushes are always swift and easy to apply on your nail. I have a special top code by a different brand, so my nails don't chip for a while. I can't provide much help there.

Every couple of years, I try Essie nail polish. It always chips quickly. I always like the colors, brush and how nicely the polish flows on the nail. As you can see I purchased the 2 nail colors in the Essie french manicure kit.My left index finger chipped in 24 hours. I am not crazy about the pink color. I will look for another brand for a white that doesn't chip and a pink that is pinker/prettier.Sure wish I was in love with Essie. Didn't work out.
Great topcoat
This is a very shiny silver glittery topcoat. I use it on my toes and it keeps my nail polish on for so long. It looks great highly recommend.

If it’s good enough for QE II, it is good enough for me
I read that his was the preferred choice of Queen Elizabeth and that she had a generous supply of this brand and color stashed away, in case they because unavailable. I had never used nail polish before, but tried it. I like the quality of this polish. It doesn’t chip easily and holds up well, except scrubbing the floors took a toll. The delicate color, ballet slippers, is very nice and better than pearl white or clear. I bought a second bottle…in case it becomes unavailable.
