Small and easy to swallow. Not nearly the number of different cultures in more expensive products, but plenty enough for effectiveness. A lot cheaper and quicker than eating a yogurt every morning with about the same (gut) results.

Just because I didn't notice a difference doesn't mean they didn't help me in one way or another. What works for one person may not work for another. It doesn't mean that the product is bad. We all have different medical issues that are complex in today's world. no one is a cookie cutter. I am just glad that there are so many companies and products out there to give us choices. However, with so many companies and products come trying to sift through countless hours and dollars before one find's what will help them, and that cost can be tremendous now days on so many people including myself.I just won't be purchasing it again is all.

So, I've been taking these for about two weeks and have not noticed any negative side effects. They seem to do a decent job at helping my gut stay balanced.However, the bottle is HUGE (5" tall and 2" in diameter at the widest). In the first picture, my fingertips are where the top of the pills sit (slightly over 1"). Because this bottle is so big it takes up a lot of room in my medicine box. Would be a lot more satisfied if the company used a container with less wasted space.

Son pastillas pequeñas faciles de tragar, que después de una semana que e consumido me han funcionado muy bien, no e tenido problemas de inflamación de estómago, tampoco e tenido problemas para defecar, ya me diagnosticaron Colitis y de Síndrome de Intestino Irritable.Al igual para un mejor funcionamiento de las pastillas cuido mi alimentación y procuro hacer ejercicio como caminar media hora.
