5.0 out of 5 stars A lot like a body grease
There is a company whose color is pink and sells through home sales. This is almost that same product. It smells slightly like pine. It's great for chapped or calloused skin. Starts off greasy and soaks in. Don't order I'd local temperatures are over 90 or it may reduce to a liquid form.
5.0 out of 5 stars It's like magic
This product is magic. It's hands down the best all in one beauty balm. I like to use it at night as an under-eye moisturizer. My daughter likes to use as an all-face nighttime moisturizer. My husband like to use it on his dry cracked hands at night. It's very thick so a little goes a long way. The tube is a great deal because it lasts so long.
5.0 out of 5 stars Time-tested moisturizing skin balm
Finally tried this time-tested beauty staple after reading about its various uses and efficacy for years. Very glad I took the plunge. Although it is a bit pricey, this product is a solid add-on to my skin care routine, especially in the drier winter months. I use it daily as a very thin coating on my face before I head outside, over sunblock and moisturizer; it’s fabulous on lips, hands, and cuticles, too, and gives my skin a subtle sheen and faint glow. The only negative for me is the product’s slight medicinal smell. I got used to it - but be aware of it before you purchase. I’m delighted I made the decision to try this item; it’s one of my go-to products now!
4.0 out of 5 stars Funny Smell
I bought this after Prince Harry had mentioned it as the lip product his mom Princess Diana used to prevent windburn and chapped lips in the cold weather. I don't ski but it gets very cold and windy in Wisconsin and I'm always on the lookout for a product to prevent chapped lips and windsurf. You do get a generous sized tube of this product and it is an ointment consistency. It does help keep my lips from drying out in the cold and the harsh dryness of Winter heated homes. I found it to have a strange smell and to be honest it is really overpriced Vaseline with a few other ingredients thrown in. I don't think it works any better than a dollar priced Vaseline. I will continue to use it till it's gone but won't be repurchasing in the future.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
We use it for bad sunburns asper my Grandfathers recommendation. This price works!
1.0 out of 5 stars Overpriced Vaseline
My sister read an article where a celebrity mentioned this product as her ‘secret to looking ageless’. Being ‘of an age’ we jumped on it as soon as we could open up our Bolo apps.As luck would have it, mine was delivered first. Squealing, I texted her a quick picture and ran to wash my face so I could try it out. I excitedly opened the box - I couldn’t wait; I’m gonna be ageless! When I opened the tube, I sniffed the contents - a decidedly medicinal smell, but that’s ok! I’ll get used to that, I thought. I squeezed the tube and a thick, formed, pinkish glob? came out onto my palm. I don’t know what I expected, but this wasn’t it. So, I tentatively tapped the tip of my finger onto the top of the glob and it depressed somewhat, but didn’t budge - it didn’t coat my fingertip like I’d expect a moisturizer to do. So I tried again, but with a scooping motion. The entire glob came up in one piece on the end of my finger. My initial thoughts were that maybe once I put it on my face, it would become more liquid and spread easier. (It did not.)As soon I made the first pass at rubbing it in, I thought - um, this feels exactly like Vaseline! What the heck? Still hopeful though, I continued to apply the goop to my face.Once I finished, I stood looking at myself in the mirror. Yep. I looked exactly like someone who’d just applied Vaseline all over their face. Greasy, shiny - my glasses wouldn’t even stay put on my nose, they slid down every time I’d lean forward. The feeling of the product on my skin was decidedly unpleasant; thick, sticky, almost a suffocating sensation, like my skin couldn’t breathe.Feeling a little stumped, I thought this can’t be right, it feels exactly like Vaseline - not a semi-expensive moisturizer by an iconic company like EA? So I read the ingredients: “petrolatum 56.8%”I couldn’t believe it. I’d paid almost $30 bucks for a tube of pink smelly Vaseline.Granted, nowhere on the tube does it say it’s a moisturizer, the tube clearly states “Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant”So, lesson learned - I’ll make sure to read the reviews before I try the next miracle ageless cure.I doubt I’ll use it on my face, because I can’t get past the sticky, heavy and greasy feeling - but it’ll work for a nice cuticle cream, I guess.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not a fan of the scent.
Not happy with this, I'm afraid. I do not like the scent and it is much thicker and sticky than I was expecting.
Es maravillosa
Me encanta y siempre que puedo compro mas
excellent hydratant pour les lèvres
j'utilise cet hydrant le matin et le soir pour les lèvres, c'est formidable.
It Works!
I bought this as a hand cream for the skin around my nails which in winter is always dry.I used it once and could hardly stand the smell. Really gross! After a few days I tried it again really rubbing it into the skin around my nails and literally overnight I could see a significant difference. I only use it at bedtime because it smells so bad and leaves a really greasy feel. BUT it works, so I’ll persevere.Too bad they couldn’t remove the ingredients that are so offensive. Then they’d really have a winner.
Magic cream
I love this cream and purchased itMany times now. It is very good quality and it does heal cracked hands or lips. The cream has a herbal scent which some people might not like but I prefer it and it doesn’t bother me. Consistency is thick. I have used it for my hands, face, lips. I can’t recommend it enough
