Have your physician check your D level. My D level was critically low, after taking D3 for over a year, my D level is normal. I take 5000 IU. Daily.Price is better than at the nutrition/organic merchandise store.As I take multiple vitamins, quality and price is important.There is no flavor to speak off.

You want vitamins and supplements that are well made, safe, and well absorbed. If your body can’t take in and use those supplements and vitamins then you are just wasting your time and money! They are made so your body can actually use what you have purchased and swallowed.
