Vitamin D is the one the vitamins that MOST humans , especially in the western hemisphere, are deficient in. I think something like 80% of Americans are Vitamin D deficient.This supplement is great for a bunch of reasons.1) TONS of doses in one tiny bottle. 600+ doses in a bottle smaller than pocket-sized hand sanitizer.2) EXTREMELY affordable - considering you get 600 doses.3) The delivery mechanism is WONDERFUL. I was worried because some reviews said the drops didn't come out easily. They must have had a defective bottle, or weren't turning the bottle completely upside down. It works perfectly.Make sure you turn the bottle COMPLETELY upside down. Then let 1-2 drops come out. The liquid is tasteless, odorless - so you can put it whatever you want.Protip: Vitamin D is fat soluble, unlike Vitamin C.....so you can just a larger dose a few times a week.....or you can take it daily, since it builds up!This is great because I give my elderly mother and my son doses from this bottle.....and I don't have to do it every single day like I do for myself. I just give them about 4-6 drops every 5 days or so.

This is great quality vitamin D that is easy to take. My bloodwork confirms appropriate serum vitamin D levels in both summer and winter, meaning the supplement is working for me. This is also a great value and I highly recommend it.

Short version:No side effects, blood work showed optimal vitamin d levels when previously deficient after taking three drops a day.Long version:Before I started taking this supplement, my blood work showed that I was extremely deficient in vitamin D. Other brands of pills made me nauseous and gave me very bad headaches. I’m also diabetic so all the sugar free gummies I tried upset my stomach. I took these as a Hail Mary and started with one drop a day for a week. I proceeded to two drops, and now I take three drops a day. I’m very consistent and take them every day with a meal and my other prescription pills. My blood work now shows optimal levels, and I’m nowhere near overdose or high levels. I will continue to monitor but so far I’m just sitting in a good range. I was worried because the drops are so small and taste like nothing, that nothing was really happening internally, I also wasn’t experiencing any negative side effects and it seemed too good to be true, but bloodwork proves they’re working wonderfully. I feel less tired throughout the day and my dark circles around my eyes seemed to have lightened a little bit.

Recent labs showed I was very deficient in vitamin D. After researching reviews on bioavailable D3+K2 supplements, I found Thorne products seem to be a well-liked, reputable brand. My levels will be checked at the next health care visit, but I am definitely feeling more energetic and better overall. It's a tasteless liquid that you can calculate the drops needed for your dose recommended by your health care practitioner. Highly recommend!,

These are high quality vitamins and supplement a very important vitamin that many people are deficient in. Also with the small dose the value is actually quite excellent. I've noticed improvements to my mood, anxiety issues, joints, and overall health since taking them. I just wish the bottle was maybe a squeeze bottle somehow. It's a hard bottle and the dropper lid just doesn't work well to dispense the vitamin oil. I have to tilt my head all the way back and it just feels like it takes forever to get a few drops out. The drops are very small so if you're not very deliberate to make sure they fall onto your tongue or back of your mouth you might not even be sure they dispensed. If they are able to develop a better dosage method these would be perfect.

Perfect option for this Thorne fan! Was looking for a D3/K2 product. Actually tired of tablets, capsules, etc. The drops are perfect in my first cup of joe each morning. I find the measured drops simple, user friendly, as long as you can give it a few seconds. I'm in the healthcare field, sometimes you have to wait for a product the is designed to measure drops. No biggie. For those who don't have/find/make time to wait for drops to naturally come out of the bottle, get your impatient self a pill or two!

This product raised my vitamin D level in 30 days. On September 2, my vitamin D level was 22ng/dl. On October 2, my vitamin D level was 34ng/dl. I used Quest Diagnostics for both tests and used 2 drops a day, 5 or 6 days a week. No other multivitamin. I find it easier to take in the drops sublingually when standing in front of the bathroom mirror. Remember, test, don’t guess.

About halfway through usage, I noticed the dropper was not working as well. I just rinsed it under some lukewarm water and now it works like a charm.

Es una gran marca de confianza, en cuanto a su contenido. Pero, el motivo que me ha llevado a escribir esta opinión es lo desesperante que es que caigan las gotas, tardan bastante en caer. Pones el bote ya sea inclinado o boca abajo y tarda como unos 10 segundos en caer la primera gota. Una vez, cae la primera gota, las siguientes ya se demoran algo menos. Es la única pega que tiene. Por lo demás, pocos efectos se notan cuando se trata de algo que es a medio largo plazo.
