This is the first time I have been moved to review an item. I suffered a concussion in a car accident and encountered some difficulty with memory recall and noticed other minor, yet recognizably new cognitive issues, such as more typos than usual, easily forgetting why I walked into a room- again more than usual for a middle-aged person. A friend who sustained a severe concussion years ago recommended- lion's mane a mushroom supplement and swore to their benefits. Skeptical of a mushroom! and one called Lion;s Mane, I disregarded her recommendation at first. Nut, as I continued after forgetting why I opened the frdige for the 5th time in a day, I knew I could use some help so I embarked on researching lion's mane and its known benefits. Enough cdible information existed to demonstrate it was effective in helping with mental focus. When I discovered that t New Chapter offered its Lion's Mane formula, I decided to go with it. because I also New Chapter Lion's Mane + Reishi Mushroom - LifeShield Mind Force for Mental Clarity with Organic Reishi Mushroom + Vegan + Non-GMO Ingredients - 60 cthave a sensitive stomach and New Chapter was the only prenatal vitamin that I was able to successfully take as it is made with organic food substances to easy on the stomach. Of course, as an organic product, I also am confident that there are no other additives to cause issues for me. Upon receiving MindForce from Bolo, I began the 2 capsules a day regimen. While this sounds overly dramatic, it is true-- within several days I felt more focused when writing and working and noticed that I was able to stay on task better. While on vacation for the holidays, I did not take MindForce with any regularity and noticed that I slid back to experiencing some memory issues. When I resumed the MindForce , I again noticed straighter focus with the added benefit of an energy boost. I would never say this is a cure all for concussions but I would go as far to recommend this to anyone whose notices some cognitive slips and/or would like some cognitive help when recovering from a significant but not major concussion. It did help me and continues to do so.

This stuff acts like a good strong cup of coffee without any major side effects. If you need to wake up, be alert and concentrate on something for the entire day then this is a good supplement to try. It has worked very well for me for this purpose.An interesting thing is that after several days of use I now require less sleep to feel fully rested. Usually I have to get a full eight hours otherwise I feel mentally wiped out by the end of the day. With Mindforce I have consistently cut down to 6.5-7 hours of sleep per night with more sleep being unnecessary. I have found that I wake up after about 7 hours refreshed and ready to go conquer the world again.

The idea of taking 'shrooms freaked me out a little. I've only heard of taking mushrooms for their psychedelic results. But a friend recommended them after she found immediate results, and I did purchase. I'm almost a week in - my results were not as profound as my friends- however, I'm feeling more chill which I didn't notice until driving. The place where I'm not typically "chill" . I'd recommend them!

These have completely changed my mood during the day. Before I took these I could count on a happy mood during the day depending on circumstances, hormones, & sleep/food/etc. After having taken these for a few months I have noticed I am consistently more positive & upbeat during the day. These were a huge game changer for me.

Mushrooms are not easy to cultivate, and can easily be contaminated by other fungi. I have researched supplements for mental clarity and this supplement seemed the safest for me. New Chapter has a website that is informative and answers questions you may have on their supplements.
