I took this product late at night and noticed results the next morning. Like another reviewer on here, I noticed the lack of pygeum. I added Swanson pygeum 250 mg (per 2 caps). I can't tell which one made the most difference because I started them both at the same time. I only take 1 capsule of the pygeum because everything I read said the max recommended dose was 200. The one capsule of Swanson puts me right at 125 which is still more then the other formulas. Yes it's an extra purchase but even with that, still cheaper than the ones that come with it. I was able to empty my bladder that first morning. I do push some but when I'm done, I'm done. Next day, same thing.I take the full recommended dose just before bed. I usually eat late too so the fat from food is still in the stomach. I didn't see any other reviews that said 1 day results, but I'm here to tell ya, I did. Maybe I was right on the edge where just a little bit helped. It also may be the pumpkin oil. That's a lot and it's probably the main reason the capsules are so big and you have to take 3.So far, highly recommend and even if it only works for awhile even just 2 days of relief was worth the entire purchase price. It also gives me hope that there are things that can help. Thanks for making this product!Edit: Still working. Several weeks now. Same results. Don't want to stop either product I mentioned to see which one made the difference because I don't want to risk a permanent reversal by stopping either one. If it works, don't mess with, I always say.

I am a 70 year-old man that has been suffering frequent urgency and nocturia for years. In recent years, I changed my diet eating only superfoods and taking quality vitamins, minerals, and supplements. My health has certainly improved, but not my bladder issues. My PSA has always been very low, but I was still suffering with sudden urgency and increased frequency every day. This issue has plagued me since a child and doctors couldn't find any reason. It was nothing for me to awaken 2, 3, or 4 times a night to run to the bathroom.I spent many hours and months of researching meds, supplements, techniques, and any information I could find to correct this situation. This product not only works, but it works FAST! I’m 50 years old, and I’m in good shape, but I notice my flow starting to slow down. I took it for about two weeks, and noticed my flow is back to normal… if not better! Was not hard to swallow, did not upset my stomach and I had no adverse reactions.

As with any new supplement, I start with a minimum dose. This product says to take 3 per day (doesn't say with or without food or water) so I started with 1 per day and all seemed ok after 2 weeks so I bumped it up to 2 per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening both after meals) and again all seemed OK after 2 more weeks. So, then I decided to take the recommended 3 per day, 1 in the morning and 2 after dinner. I immediately experienced headaches after a couple of hours after taking the 2 after my dinner. The headaches last about 4 hours and then all is well. I then decided to stop taking the product and the headaches disappeared. I went 2 weeks without taking any pills and started with 1 per day, then 2 per day and when I again tried 3 per day, the headaches returned. My next experiment will be taking 1 in the morning, 1 with my lunch and 1 with dinner to see if that helps.I normally don't get headaches at all...

It works
I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you're meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
