I love 5 hour energy drinks. I take them for the B-12 in them. Prior to using 5hour energy drink, I was getting 2 B-12 shots a week. Having to wait 15 minutes after each shot. Finally I asked my doc if I could just take this instead of shots, she said yes! No more shots. Caffeine content is same as a Large coffee from Starbucks. If you are monitoring your caffeine, or have heart issues, please be smart, and ask your doctor first. Great product!
