I bought this for my 16 yr old daughter for Christmas. The thing that I love most about it is that you don't have to turn the temperature all of the way up. It still delivers amazing results. So there is less damage to the hair. It also heats up really quickly. You end up with super straight hair after just one pass.

The flat iron is a bit heavy but other than that it works very well I have no complaints, with that being said ...have relatively easy hair to style... But it heats up extremely quick and I love that you can adjust the temperature to plenty different settings the plates don't pull on your hair and I haven't noticed any static.

I have been straightening my hair for many years. I was hesitant to try this one because I saw it said "titanium coated" and I have always used ceramic. Let me say I am happily surprised to say the least. Gets hot very quickly. It also straightened very quickly, instead of going very slowly through each section of hair and going over it again and again, I had to do less than half of that. No frizz, no fuss, and for only twenty dollars. Very happy with my purchase.

I really like this hair straightener. I bought a really expensive name brand one within the year and it was horrible, so I purchased this one. I am very impressed with the heat and how well it straightens. It does have a bit of a smell to it when you turn it on but it will dissipate as you use it more often. My only complaint about this product is the short cord and the fact that it tangles very easily.
