I have had this watch over a year now and it is still functioning and looks like day one. I have been to multiple field training exercises with it and it has yet to show any signs of quiting. Within the first month that I owned it, I scratched the plastic front face pretty deep but thankfully that deep scratch disappeared within a week (didn't expect that, just thought I should share) it's almost like the plastic face to the watch is self repairing.The watch was a bit bulky the first week but you get used it quickly. The nice thing about that is it is likely to keep your sleeve up enough so that you can easily see the time.It has different functions that work well, the four button arrangement for functions can be a bit tricky at times but it becomes muscle memory soon enough.Over the past year I have only noticed it coming off my wrist twice which I'm sure can be expected with many watches just based on things pressing against the buckle certain ways/directions.If I lost this watch I would certainly buy again. The only thing I would look for differently would be to have an easier way to set alarms. At night in the field you can't use the watch light while attempting to set alarm because the light goes off every three seconds.Easily the best $60 I have spent for myself in a long time

Fantastic watch. I haven't had it long enough to test the durability but the feel of it is amazing. It is heavy, the buttons take some force to push down, it's easy to read and pretty easy to navigate through all the features. I've had watches where the side buttons take a hit too hard and stop working, but that is pretty much impossible with these extra-high durability buttons. The negative display is distinctive and easy to read. The backlight is a real LED that shines directly onto the face, which distinguishes it from other watches that just have a light you can barely see illuminating the clock. Lots of features, most of which I won't need but useful nonetheless. I think it can have up to 5 alarms, it has a stopwatch, the calendar is always visible, 24-hour time, world time,a countdown timer (not common), and some more. The watch is large on the wrist but not problematically so for me, it fits comfortably and won't slip so it doesn't get in the way of exercises that bend the wrist.

I would like to give fellow customers who decide to purchase this watch a WARNING about what they,(as customers),might get into. Well,as a customer, I purchased this watch,relatively LATE in 2015. Initially,everything worked well. However,to get my watch set CORRECTLY, I realized that to get my watch set correctly,that it would be in my “OWN BEST INTEREST” to have my watch set correctly at a major department store such as”Mac”. And they did it at “relatively” no charge. I got my watch set for free at no charge. I thought that I was doing great. However,what I realized is that the people who would set my watch didn’t really like to do it,AND,sometimes STUFF would happen,like,just a few days ago. I get off of the bus,walk across the street to my home,smoke a cigarette outside and then I go inside. I turn on the light inside of my bedroom,(to check the time on the clock that is on the wall), and I realize that My WRISTWATCH has completely STOPPED !! I try to fix it, but,that doesn’t work !! I ‘m not upset about that,however, I realize that I HAVE to buy a new watch. I’m just one of those people who ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to consult their cell phone in order to get the correct time. So,in order to get the correct time, I’ll have to guess for the next little bit, I’ll make due. I’ll have to make due,I’ll be okay. What I really liked about this watch is that when you’re doing your everyday stuff,(washing dishes,doing stuff,YOU CAN DO STUFF WITH IT,you can do stuff with it, and you can get it wet,(YOU CANNOT TAKE IT SCUBA DIVING),but,it works for everything else),. With all that this watch can do for you,at the very least, you won’t get aggravated by NOT KNOWING what time it is. I hope that you enjoy it.

This watch is unbelievably rugged. I had taken this watch off and placed it in my jeans pocket when I went to do some spray painting. I had completely forgotten about the watch until after I had laundered the jeans in a hot, heavy soil washer load and then dried the jeans in a hot dryer for 30 minutes along with other laundry. This watch popped out with the dry laundry when I removed all from the dryer. I was pretty irritated at myself for my forgetfulness because the watch had ceased functioning (blank screen) at that point. Lo and behold...after cooling off for about 10 minutes the watch began fully functioning again and now, several hours later, the watch continues to work perfectly. The watchband is also in perfect shape having received no damage whatsoever. All that I can say is WOW!!! I was impressed by this modestly priced watch when I received it and am incredibly more so now. Anyone wanting an accurate and rugged wristwatch at a very reasonable price need to look no further than the Casio GD 100 G-Shock!!

Got this watch today & I like it. I have use eye glasses to see things close& this watch is easy to read without eye glasses. The flash works awesome and it flashes and beeps every hour, that's if you you have the flash turned on. The light is very bright and mine is a bluish color
Ablesbarkeit
Die Uhr ist super und in der bekannten Casio-G-Shock-Qualität. Die Uhr ist allerdings extrem schwer ablesbar (ich bin 47 ;-) ), da sehr dunkel. Man braucht fast ständig die Lichtfunktion. Ich habe sie jetzt meinem Sohn (14 Jahre) überlassen und er hat damit keine Probleme. Ansonsten eine TOP Uhr für einen guten Preis. Aufgrund der Ablesbarkeit musste ich aber einen Stern abziehen.
