I have the hardest time keeping up with seam rippers. I can never find one when I need it. When I saw these long seam rippers, I knew this is exactly what I needed. I now keep it in my pen cup on my desk and since it is about the length of a pen, it doesn't fall to the bottom and get lost. The hook part is super sharp and the tip is pointed allowing for easy removal of even the thickest thread. I have not used the threader end yet, but the next time I need to sew a button, I know I won't be struggling for half an hour trying to thread a needle. Very good quality, I would highly recommend.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nicest seam ripper I've ever owned
This is the nicest seam ripper I've ever owned. It's pen-like in size and shape, and it's nice and sturdy. I like the fact that the seam ripper and the needle threader are inside the tube and only come out when you pull them out and turn them around. I especially like the fact that the needle threader flips around and attaches to the handle, making it much easier to hold than those tiny little coin-like threaders that come in almost every sewing kit. Great purchase!
5.0 out of 5 stars Game changer in the sewing room...so many uses.
I had a lady at Joann's recommend this and I was quite skeptical but tried it. Oh my goodness! Changed my sewing process for sure. I am new-ish at the sewing and quilting game so ripping out seams comes with the learning process. This makes it SO much easier and faster. There is a bit of a trick so try it on scraps first as this thing is super sharp! I have but a couple holes in my fabric with it.What surprised me more is the other things I use it for. I use it like a stiletto to guide the fabric through when needed and it is perfect for removing tags out of your ready to wear clothes. They could improve with a more ergo/larger handle and maybe with a bit of rubber for grip. Changeable blades would be great as well but for the price it is a great tool.
4.0 out of 5 stars It takes a good grip and some strength to separate the pieces
It takes a good grip and some strength to separate the pieces. Maybe I jammed mine in too tightly at some point, but they get stuck often. Sweaty fingers or being in a rush does not work well with this product. Otherwise, I use the seem ripper often, and it's a handy tool. I like how it closes into itself so it doesn't stab anything while not in use. Admittedly, this is the only seem ripper I have ever owned, but I imagine it is of good design, because the seems rip very well.

Like smaller size for delicate work!
Extremely sharp, very efficient
I bought this seam ripper as the one I had could barely cut through the threads. I am loving this one so far. The handle makes it fit nicely in the hand, and the blade easily cuts through both thread and fabric for button holes.
Ameiiii
Ele é pequeno, mas muito afiado. E sem "rebarbas" nas pontas, que puxam fios do tecido. Maravilhoso valeu cada centavo!!!
Brilliant
Brilliant little cutter.Ideal for when I’m reworking clothes
This sewing tool is sooooo good!
This Seam Ripper and Threader is awesome. I only bought it for the threader end of the tool, but both the threader AND same ripper work exceedingly well!
