Very high quality produce. Pops well in both my hot air popper and on the stove top. Pops up light and fluffy, has a nice aroma, and tastes great. The color makes it look more appealing before it is popped. I will be purchasing this again.

Received and popped our first batch this evening. This might be the tastiest popcorn we've ever had.We use a "stir crazy" popper and keep the recipe pretty simple: 2/3 cup kernels, 3 TBS buttery oil, and a generous shake of regular table salt once it's done popping.Prior to this we've only had normal yellow and white popcorn. At our standard 2/3 cup recipe, yellow yields the fullest bowl, then red, then white. The red did result in slightly more unpopped kernels than the other 2 varieties, but 100% worthwhile trade-off for the flavor. The bag claims "less husks" but they are still stuck in my teeth as I type this.We'll definitely buy more (or try different varieties from Amish Country). Our 6 pound bag says "best before 10/26", so roughly 2 year shelf life.

These corn kernels have much more flavor than the ones you get at the grocery store, by Big Popcorn. However, there were quite a lot of duds.

I love having fresh popcorn for movie night at home. This is the great stuff to have. It is very fluffy, and you don't have much of the shell left after it pops. Also it tastes great.

I make popcorn the old fashioned way: on the stovetop in a large kettle with a tiny amount of coconut oil. These red kernals produce a red centered butterfly shaped flake that is slightly smaller than traditional microwave or movie flake. There are very few old maids which indicates the freshness of the kernals. I am looking forward to making my way through this 6lb. bag so I can try the remaining 12 varieties. In addition to what's mentioned above, I will be repurchasing the Amish Country brand in the future because of their non-GMO and preservative free practices.
Tasty, tender, & crisp
Love love love the popcorn. I got a variety pack from them as a gift for Xmas. I love popcorn so much but have not been able to eat it because lately I keep choking on the hull pieces and coughing. I usually end up having to spit it out because I choke but love the taste. The variety pack had less hull, and hulless popcorn and for the first time in years I have been able to eat it and fully enjoy those tasty morsels that put a smile on my face and makes my tummy so happy! I ended up ordering a 6 lb bag and can you guess what is for supper tonight!? Chicken burgers and popcorn! Ahhh healthy eating at its finest! This stuff is sooo good, it should be illegal haha. Worth every penny! Great crunch, less hulls, and gourmet taste. Seriously do yourself a flavor erm I mean favor and buy some today. You wont regret it!
