This is a brand that my doctor recommends. This Vitamin D with Vitamin K significantly raised my Vitamin D levels. I had been taking NOW brand Vitamin D capsules, but learned the Vitamin K is essential when you take D. That's why my doctor prescribed it. He also won't recommend any supplement company where the ingredients are sourced outside the US or Europe, or that has not passed independent lab analysis. I like that the capsule is small, easy to swallow.
