Been using this for a few months. I like that it’s natural and has a kinda earthy smell. They are also easy to swallow compared to other brands. It’s very potent and I do feel like I get more energy, as I’m anemic. My nails have also grown a lot which is great!

Been taking this vitamin for a week now, I can actually take it without a meal and not feel nauseous! The size is a little on the bigger side, but you can always split it in halves and take it that way. I didn't have a problem with the size, but I know some people have issues with large pills. The ingredient list seems to include everything other women's vitamins has and the amongst of each ingredient looks good, too -- but I'm no expert to say how much of each ingredient is necessary etc. When I compared it to other brand vitamins, this brand either includes it and it would have the same amongst, if not, more. I would continue to get this. Lastly, my current bottle didn't have many broken up pills.

These are the multi vitamins I've been using since I was about 20 (I'm now 32). I've always bought them at whole foods but so glad I found them on here because I paid about a third of the price! I prefer to take these at the beginning of the day as vitamin b tends to keep me awake...I like that you can take them either with or without food.

Well, I’m not really sure how you rate something that you and Jess, but I will say that I feel great, and these actually taste pretty good!! They aren’t too big to swallow with a nice big gulp of water.

No Nausea
I found this brand locally a year ago and have used their workout recovery supplement and fell in love with this brand.Decided to finish up my multivitamin and give this one a try. Definitely glad I did.Every multi vitamin I've used in the past has made me nauseous so I would avoid taking it early in the morning.But these are amazing. I've been taking it every morning with no nausea after at all and after a few weeks of taking it regularly I'm feeling more energetic.I highly recommend these %100
