Was looking to reorder a daily muli. Looked and some packs then decided to go with this one as I trust NOW brand. I am 53 and still do powerlifting style workouts along with jiujitsu. Today's food supply is lacking essentials so got this to shore things up. The capsules look large but are very easy to swallow,and this comes from someone who has had to have their esophagus stretched 2x now. They become very "slippery when wet"...(80's term ;)Complete in every way. I think I will make this part of my daily supplement regime for awhile.

This company has normally good products, but these pills seem to have been poorly stored. We received leaking rancid pills. It is disgusting. Look at the picture. The texture is greasy, it stinks and it stains your finger. I doubt any vitamind survived in such condition so forget your health benefits. Not a good value for money.

I like the vitamin and nutrient profile of this supplement a lot. As others have noted though, it seems that 1 in every 3 or 4 bottles has leaking capsules, and it can be a bit of an oily mess. The last bottle I got was worse than others. I'll order more, but I sure hope they resolve the leakiness.

While I run and generally stay pretty healthy, my body temp was constantly about 1.5 degrees low. Did blood tests that found nothing and doc wasn't concerned, said it might be a vitamin deficiency. I tried another brand of vitamin first that was great, but it was over $1 per day to take.Since I take the liver supplement, I decided to try this one.So far, so good! I have more energy, my skin color actually looks better, and my body temp is back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner (it's two pills per day).There are a few things to consider when purchasing. First, make sure you take with food like it says. If you don't, you will burp the flavor of the vitamin, over and over. Not good!Next, be ready for your urine to turn neon yellow and smell like the vitamin.Finally, the pill is HUGE! It's not hard for me to take, but I can imagine for certain people, it will be too much.Outside of that, this is a great vitamin and is a great value.

It's hard to objectively judge the effects of a vitamin on one's sense of health and well-being, as there are just too many factors that can influence your results -- so I am not going to even waste your time with that. What I will do is judge this product in regards to its reputation and its stated contents.As a multivitamin, independent testing (labdoor.com) rates this product among the best. Labdoor has this vitamin at #6 overall, #2 among men's multivitamins. They provide a detailed explanation of their standards and why they rate the way they do, and that's good enough for me.Cost-wise -- again, comparing to others on the list, I think NOW Foods has priced this product very competitively. The one men's multi that scored higher (barely) cost about the same as this one. I found that having more size options to be compelling, as well as my prior good experiences with NOW products.Content-wise, there are a few things I look for to judge the quality and efficacy of a multi -- 1. What type of B-12 does it contain, the cheaper cyanocobalomin or the more bioavailable methylcobalamin? This one has the latter - check! 2. What type of E does it contain, the cheaper synthetic DL- Alpha Tocopherol or the natural (and better) D-Alpha Tocopherol? Again, the better one - check! The mineral content can be referenced similarly. The capsules are easy to swallow and digest, without and perceivable stomach issues.I have ordered this product twice, and barring finding something even better in terms of "bang for your buck," will probably continue to do so.

I've done business, both wholesale buying or just retail with NOW for 50 years. They've always been a very reputable and trustworthy company. Like most vitamin companies, they use 3rd party manufacturers to tablet and encapsulate their vitamins. I don't know if the original family (it mightve been the Richard's) still own it or not, but someone is really cutting corners when it comes to encapsulation. This is really shoddy, accepting this poor quality product from who ever is making them. There's a chance they are being made in India and shipped over here. Also, if stored in really hot warehouse along the way, caps will pop, oozing the liquid all over the insides. The formula for these is one of the best out there, but, frankly it's sleezy to continuing to sell these, after years of complaints from trusting customers. Obviously, they just care about quality any longer, just profits. Hopefully they'll find a professional manufacturer like R.P. Scherer or someone to produce these in the future. If the FDA looked into the sale of these, I don't think they'd be very happy.

I live in Japan, and they don't sell anything like this stuff. Take two teaspoons a day, and you will never have a problem! The package works really well, but I removed the pour spout so I could get my teaspoon in easier. I take it every night with a small cup of water, but I can also have it in my tea, fruit juice, coffee, and any other drink. There is no flavor, so you can put it in anything and it will taste exactly the same! Hell you could even have a glass of wine it.

ソフトジェルのマルチビタミンは初めて頼みましたが、ビタミンB群の20mg各を超えた大容量の際の口のなかに匂いが残る感覚もなく、飲みはじめて、疲れも残りにくくなった気がします。Now Foodsは実は15-20年前に廉価な商品で売り出し、品質が問題視されたことがありました。その後やっきになって品質保証をアピールしてたのですが、いまでは安定的な原料品質と価格の安さのバランスをとってるようですね。
