I usually take 5mg but the 10mg was a great price . I take one and hour before bed and I feel it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.

I will start by saying that what my opinion is, is based on having tried MANY many different brands.From grocery store name brands to some fly by night brands, to too high priced big deal ones that made me wonder what was in that?!These Puritan Pride melotonin is by far the best I have used.I plan on stopping here.I feel these are the best melotonin that doesn't give me any awful side effects like headaches or sleepiness during the day.I take fewer also.I do take 1 about 1/2 hour or so before bedtime and I feel it come on.Nothing extreme, but that nudge that says " hey, close your eyes now"A great solid reliable reputable company that has been around for a long time.I want to thank you Puritan Pride in giving us consumers a very good, clean, so fairly priced, efficient melotonin and I know I will stay with you on not only this item, but other health & beauty type items as well.I feel you care.

My husband retired at the end of 2023. He was used to the 'go to bed at 10pm, wake up at 6am' routine. He worked at home since Covid. Now that he doesn't have the pressure of a job to get him into bed at night and out of bed in the morning, he just can't fall asleep anymore! I ordered this for him to try.It was at a crazy cheap price! He takes 2 and it works most of the time for him. He's skeptical of these natural products, but was willing to try it. As I said, it works most of the time for him. Easy to swallow, no taste. He does take 2 each time he takes it.

Helps me sleep like a baby
Tried a few melatonin and this is the one that knocks me out. Been taking it for a few weeks now and i don't think there're any side effects
This is not vegetarian, product desc is false
they use Gelatin that is made from Bovine, this is not vegetarian and had to throw away the product. The seller is using wrong product description. Change the product desc as some people are really looking for vegetarian stuff and do not want any bovine stuff.
