Mrs. Duke's kitchen has been replaced by a modern production facility that turns out 240 jars of mayonnaise a minute, but the uniquely Southern recipe for Duke's Mayonnaise has remained the same. Duke's is the supreme of mayonnaise. It has no added sugar. Nearly all Mayonnaise has added sugar. I use Duke's in mashed potatoes. Imagine what mashed potatoes would be like if it were syrupy sweet. Unfortunately I cannot by Duke's locally and I am dependent on delivery of groceries.
