I'm a teacher, and I have way too many ideas in my head for small, 8 1/2" x 11" paper. I went ahead and bought myself a TOPS Easel Pad, 27.5 x 35 Inch, 3-Hole Punched, 50 Sheets, White (79011) and was using it on the floor. I got sick of that and decided I wanted an easel stand to prop it up; the TOPS pad said it would fit with any standard easel, so I took a chance on this one because it was inexpensive, had good reviews, and looked like it would work.Lo and behold, it's perfect for my easel pad! My easel pad has three holes across the top; this stand only has hangers for the outer two holes, but it doesn't matter that the third (in the middle) isn't supported. The easel stand seems to grip the paper tightly, and I am not worried about losing my work.The stand is easy to set up, adjust, and take down. It's not the sturdiest stand in the world, but it's sturdy enough, and it suits my purposes perfectly.

Easy to set up. We found it to be stable. Has a tension strip at the top to hold a paper flip chart. And it has extenders on the bottom that you can pull out to hold a poster board. Seems to be decently made. We are happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

I got this easel yesterday for a presentation that I gave today. I tested it out last night and didn't have any problems. Super easy to set up. I used the top part to hold a laminated poster and it worked beautifully, held it in nice and tight. When I got to the presentation today and tried to set up the easel, one of the legs wouldn't extend because it got stuck somehow. I had to ask the host to get me some pliers to pull it out. That was annoying and caused a delay, but other than that I was very happy with the easel. I'll just always have to carry a pair of pliers in my bag whenever I go to a presentation. Also, I really wish it came with a bag.

Good quality. Easy to open and close. Good top clip for flip charts. Legs easily retract making them compact and manageable for storing and transporting.

I bought this easel plus a much more expensive one from Staples, and ended up returning the Staples item because this one did the job just fine. It's very lightweight and easy to assemble, but it held a giant posted pad for hours during a meeting with absolutely no problem. I foresee this lasting a long time and getting a lot of use out of it in the future.

Stable easels great for conferences/meetings
These easels are great for group work. They have a clip at the top to be able to properly hang and rest flip charts without them falling off or the whole easel falling over. We have replaced all of our easels with this type now. Only disadvantage compared to the others is that they are rather long when collapsed, so less compact to store and transport. This is a clear trade off for stability though.
Instabile e si è rotta subito
Poco stabile la tenuta dei fogli mobili e dopo averla usata solo 5-6 volte si è rotto un gancio che impedisce a una delle gambe di tenersi in piedi. Materiale pessimo.
