5.0 out of 5 stars it great stuff
This is a great product.Everyone who doesn't like it, I'm assuming they do not know how it is used.In my village in india this is used mainly for medicinal benefits and not much as a spice to add in food.Few ways we use it1. A pinch or 2 of ajwain, boil in 1 cup of water and drink. Chew on ajwain. Helps with digestion and bloating2. For Congested chest, put around 2tablespoons in a clean socks and tie it to form a small bag. Heat the cloth sack lightly on a pan and use it to massage the chest with gently.3. Chew on a pinch for sour throat, or a cold.
4.0 out of 5 stars Tasty Addition
Needed to make Ethiopian Doro Wat. Seeds were fresh...added the extra "something" to the dish...not going to find this at your average or even above average grocery.
5.0 out of 5 stars Anti-inflammatory
Reduces the inflammation in my hands and lessens the pain in my joints. I make a tea using a pinch of Ajman seeds, a pinch of Fennel seeds, and 3 Cardamom pods, crushed in 1-2 cups water. I simmer it about 5 minutes, strain, then add sweetener and a bit of cream. Delicious!

5.0 out of 5 stars A little goes a long way
Add to beans to help your body digest more effectively. It works. (I will use less next time).
4.0 out of 5 stars Four Stars
The product was fresh and flavorful but is not as effective in reducing gas problems as I desired.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Quality and Shipped Fast
Perfect quality and shipped fast. Could not have been better or more convenient. Great to use for East Indian dishes and to provide a unique kick to other savory items.
3.0 out of 5 stars I did taste them and liked the flavor
I bought these to plant, not eat. Did not work, but I knew they might not germinate. They might be roasted or something. I did taste them and liked the flavor. Sort of like cumin.
