About this item:
The 404B Electronics Contact Cleaner with Silicone is a very fast drying contact cleaner. It is a plastic-safe solvent cleaner that leaves a thin film of dry electronic grade silicone behind. The solvent system effectively dissolves oil and organic residues. The silicone provides lubrication, preventing wear and tear, as well as a layer of protection from oxidation and the elements. As well, the dry lubrication makes it better for dusty environments than mineral oil alternatives.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing for mechanical keyboards with stuck keys
This is amazing. I love love love this stuff. I’ll probably have it for a long time. I brought this specifically to clean out my keyboard. I have a razor chroma mechanical keyboard. I spilled Naked juice on it and my keys became sticky / stuck and I can’t buy the specific keyboard I brought anymore because it’s unavsilable. So I brought this. Snapped the keys off used the straw thing and pressed the key half way with my finger and sprayed this in the hole and then pressed the key up and down quite a few times and my key is no longer sticky or stuck. It really works and didn’t break my keyboard. I also had this one key that’s been stuck for as long as I know. Did the same thing on that key and now it works again!!
5.0 out of 5 stars If your subwoofer starts making noise at idle, try this first!
It saved a $1200.00 subwoofer! All of a sudden the subwoofer started making a constant fluttering warbling noise, like a bad amp maybe? Cleaned both the volume control and the 0 to 180 degree Phase control. With a 5 second squirt each, cycle it 50 times, dab up any excess and repeat for both. Home run and now as quiet as brand new. I am so very happy with the results!
5.0 out of 5 stars A electronic control cleaner that really works.
Rather expensive, but this control cleaner did a nice job returning my bass amplifier to working condition. All the volume and tone controls, as well as the switches, cleaned very nicely, No more scratchiness when turned.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product to lubricate and clean.
Used it for cleaning and lubricating rollers on a copy machine. They were howling with paper dust residue that made them screech and the plastic capstan-like shafts on metal made it worse. A couple of shots on each and they were quiet again. Comes out quickly, so be careful of over-spray, but dries very quickly too.
1.0 out of 5 stars Same problem as others
I read other buyer's reviews about the tube not fitting the nozzle but assumed they were isolated problems. Ordered it anyway, lo and behold, ours didn't fit either. I'm real surprised they are continuing to ship this out, aware of the problem. Guess I'll return it.
Will oftenly revive what seems to be dead usb, hdmi, blutooth ports.
Does exactly as described.

This is the stuff you want
MG Chemicals makes a lot of different products, but for cleaning and lubing potentiometers and cleaning contacts - this is what you want. Even loosens up the pot next to the one you're working on, it's that effective. Pots smooth as butter, and resurrecting even the crustiest of old pots. Highly recommend.
