I am very pleased with this vitamin B complex supplement, I like that it has an extra dose of vitamin b12 which has really made a difference in my energy and mood, the pills are small very easy to swallow, no noticeable odor or taste, The bottle arrived sealed, with the complete content, punctual and excellent packaging. The dark blue color of the container protects the content from light, it brings enough for almost 6 months, I really like that because the price-quality ratio is excellent.
Good brand for vitamin b complex
Value for money. I check other b complex supplements but eventually settled for puritan. Previously I had taken biotin and melatonin from same brand and liked them a lot. So now puritan is my go to brand for vitamin supplements.
