I have to say that I'm addicted to these Calabrian Chili Peppers. You can add them to so many dishes and get a bit of heat, smokiness, and rich flavor that complements the things that you cook.I add it to my pasta dishes, pizza, homemade hummus, and even Thousand Island dressing. For that last one, I add just a tad of the chili paste for a kick with an underlying smokiness. It enhances the dressing and gives the dressing an unforgettable flavor. And I make a Calabrian Aioli that will make your burgers sing with flavor. It is so versatile and has so many uses in the kitchen.I highly recommend it. Give it a try and see how it improves the flavor of your dishes.

This stuff is hot, it also has amazing flavor. Add a little or a lot to your pasta, pizza sauces, meatballs, anything you like. If you aren't a fan of hot, don't add much. If you do like it hot add a spoonful to your sub sandwich. Cooking morning eggs add a little of the oil to butter in your skillet.

Every time I watch "Beat Bobby Flay", he's always breaking out the Calabrian chili paste. I had to get me some of that! So I did. I think this is actually the same brand on the show, too. It's really nice. Adds a little heat to the dish, but is a controllable heat that doesn't blast your doors off.It's good enough for Bobby Flay, right? I mean, the guy is a cooking mad-man! Wins something like 70% of that show even though his friends are always plotting against him. Talented guy, seems like he's genuinely the kind of guy you could have over for some BBQ and Beers.Or maybe just take in a football or hockey game. If you read this Bobby, I'll even buy the tickets. I know you're this rich guy who probably has servants that do your Bolo shopping for you, but just in case you read this, my offer stands. Besides, you could probably use some friends outside of the 'biz' who have no interest in your money or fame. Of course, I'd still let you teach me to cook better.Bros forever? Maybe get Ryan Reynolds to join us? Could be a good time.

Delicious Calabrian chili paste. Perfect to add a kick to anything you’re cooking. I love to mix it with my rice and the rice cooker to jazz it up a little bit.

Evidently it is hard to find hot pepper paste without wheat and other additives. This works very well for recipes that call for hot red pepper paste. Delicious in cassaroles or a garnish for fish or chicken. I love it.
