Being from Seattle, the rainy cloudy weather can really mess with your heath and mental state. The Seattle freeze is no joke. My husband and I take 2 pills everyday all year round. They are easy to take, very small. They don’t melt or stick too badly together even in the hot summer. The quality seems good, and the bottle lasts us a few months.

goodp roduct but a bit late shipment
Arrived All Stuck Together
The media could not be loaded. We've ordered the smaller bottle from iHerb previously. The capsules were not entirely stuck together. The capsules in these two 300 capsule bottles are ENTIRELY stuck together. I've tried to pry capsules off, but they're stuck fast. How to eat this? Is the active ingredient still effective if the bottles have been kept in such lousy conditions that it arrives in an indistinguishable clump of capsules?
