Light and holds my hair. I don’t feel any stiffness in my hair, as I use this as a finishing touch after styling. My hair hard frizzy and this helps to tame it. I’ve tried other sprays, but never found the right touch. This is worth the extra cost, and it seems to be lasting long enough to make the price reasonable. I definitely recomend if you are wanting your hair to move after using some help with your shape
