This is the only brand we buy. Never had a sour stomach after taking this brand and based on the research, it’s the longest lasting in your body of any other vitamin C. We changed over to this brand years ago and will not buy any other.

Okay, this is the best Vit C, easy to swallow, doesn't bother stomach. I've been buying this on Bolo for years, BUT, ''the Price'' was always $6.97'' Not sure I want to shop here for this double price, so very disappointing! ~ The last time I paid $6.97 was Jan/2024 and I stocked up because this happened once before, double cost to us. So, check in folks, hope it comes down to a decent price, stock up!!

La vitamina C en altas dosis ayuda enormemente a recuperarse del cansancio crónico. Desafortunadamente, el ácido ascórbico (probé Redoxón, Adriphel, Oxital-C) me ocasiona gastritis. Amo esta opción porque mi estómago se siente muy cómodo, además contiene 204 mg de bioflavonoides por porción, que también potencian el efecto de la vitamina C. De todos modos, yo agrego los bioflavonoides de Solgar. Mis niveles de energía han mejorado y, como efecto secundario, noto que la piel de mi cara está mucho más tersa y se suavizaron algunas arruguitas. Supongo que es porque la Vitamina C favorece la formación de colágeno.Sólo ojo, si quieres consumir en altas dosis la vitamina C debes tener seguimiento con un profesional de la salud porque, a largo plazo, puede predisponer a la formación de piedras en el tracto urinario. Si tienes problemas de arenilla o litiasis en el tracto urinario, sólo debes consumirla esporádicamente, en bajas dosis y por períodos cortos de tiempo. En ese caso creo que este producto también es mejor opción que el ácido ascórbico, ya que se libera gradualmente a la sangre y sobrecarga menos el riñón que los productos en que la dosis llega toda junta de jalón.
Son las vitaminas adecuadas para mi edad.

La mejor vitamina C que hay. No irrita el estomago como el acido ascorbico y es de liberación prolongada. Tomo 1000 mg diarios y desde que empezó la pandemia no me he enfermado.
