I’ve ordered this item many times. Great product and price for a package of two. However, my most recent order only contained one 1-ounce tube. Item described as a package of two 1-ounce tubes. It appears in the reviews that this has happened to other people. Returning the item this time since I didn’t want to pay double. Will likely cross my fingers and order again. Not clear as to why this happens sometimes.

Great product. Been using it for a decade or so. My only complaint is that it’s advertised as a 2 pack when the truth is this is a pack of 1. This listing needs to at least be updated. I received what I thought was a 2 pack today only to open the package and find 1 tube.

I have been using this cream around the shaving area of my face and neck for over 20 years. It helps to heal the irritated areas of your shaved face and neck. Recommend not shaving for 2 to 3 days, to give the cream an opportunity to work into the pause.When your face begins to bumped from shaving, this is the cream you want to put on that irritated shaved area. It helps in the soothing of the shaved areas, as well as the darkening, which leaves a shadow. It also remove some of that darkening of the shaved area.What's more, your face will return to a smoothness, the first time after you shave again, just like your first shave. The cream does a very good job getting into your pause so it can do what it suppose to do. I find the other hydrocortisone products stay mostly on the surface of the skin, this is why they do not work as good as this one, in my opinion. A bit expensive, but yet worth every penny. NOTE: You can also use on the back of your neck for bumps caused by your barber using a dull blade, or failing to clean the clippers to a high standard, which may cause bumping. Try it, you will not be sorry, I' am not.

I ordered this item before and it came with 2 tubes as description on the site. But this time it came only 1 tube. this product is great and it works with the itchness for the hives, eczema, so I ordered again, but oh well, this Item described as a package of two 1-ounce tubes but i got one 1-ounce. It appears in the reviews that this has happened to other people. hopefully they fix either the misleading info or send people 2 tubes as described. I am trying to return the item, but I don't know why it kept asking me to contact the Aveeno customer service. Very inconvenient!

I had painless and itch-less dry, red, flaky skin around my eyes for about a year and no lotion really helped besides being a very temporary (a couple hours) fix. I eventually decided on trying this product because I have had good results from Aveeno lotion for my hands. I have read the many warnings about using hydrocortisone on eyelids or near your eyes but I went for it based on a very few amount of solutions I came across with similar problems. I applied very, very carefully just enough product to cover the affected areas around my eyes about 3 times a day for 3 full days, which was the maximum length of time I was going to use it on the sensitive eye-area skin. By the end of day 3 the very dry and flaky red skin had almost completely vanished and feels very soft, and basically fixed a constant struggle I've had to deal with for about a year.Is this a permanent fix? I hope so, but probably not.Should I have gone to a doctor? Probably, but I didn't.Did the product work? Absolutely yes.I'm not saying you should use this if you have red, dry, and flaky skin around your eyes without talking to a doctor or dermatologist first, but unfortunately sometimes you don't have that luxury, and by careful application and only using it for 2 or 3 days maximum at a time it might give you some relief too.

Fíjense muy bien en la publicación, deben comprar la que es un poco más cara, pero que especifica que trae dos artículos, ya que yo así lo hice y en efecto me llegaron dos cajas con tubos de 28g. Hay otra publicación de Aveeno de precio muy similar pero un poco menor que sólo trae una caja, así que ésta me pareció excelente "oferta" (aunque no esté marcada como tal). La crema es muy buena para aliviar hinchazón por el uso de retinol, sí la recomiendo.

It's nice product but I'm disappointed coz the expiry is very soon to expired sept 2024, same I first purchased I think for the second purchase is not the same but absolutely the same sept 2024.
