A quality Omega 3 at a very good price from a trusted brand - what more could you want? I looked around and was so glad to find the green and gold bottle still putting out the quality we all need and deserve . I've been taking Nature's Bounty Omega 3 for years because plain and simple their name means quality . I really like that NBs gets its quality Fish oil straight from 4 under the sea fish . Then they put it in a pill for us that's easy to swallow..in all the years I've been taking this Fish Oil, I've never had any issues with burping up fishy taste . Between you,me and the fence post..buy Nature's Bounty brand Fish Oil !

This works better, are cheaper, and are more effective with me than any other brand. I think it's the enteric coating.I've been using this brand of Fish Oil for 9 years. When I first started, it took 4-6 weeks to kick in, but once it kicked in, it slowly eliminated my depression coming from inflammation and situational stressors.Do not make any changes in your medical care without professional supervision! That's very dangerous.Oh, one more thing: everyone in my family wears reading glasses starting in their 40s. But because I've been taking it for so long, I wonder if that will prevent it.Inflammation is such a pandemic in the US and I cannot say enough good about a natural product.

Fish oil has no after taste. Rather large soft gel capsules, so might be a little difficult to swallow if you have issues with large pills.

Nature's Bounty has not typically been respected like Jarrow, NOW, Solgar, Life Extension, Source Naturals or Nature's Way and other vitamin companies but they actually put out a solid line of products for good prices. This is one of their serious values. Its high quality fish oil and one of the highest ratios of EPA in a capsule as has been noted above. Amazing value at this price. I've taken this for inflammation and body issues and found it very effective. Also found pine bark by source naturals as a useful and more powerful antioxidant add-on bec fish oil oxidizes quickly in the body. Better than vitmain e which a lot of companies include with their fish oil.

I use this to help control cholesterol/triglycerides etc. Prescription products have more testing, but this is much less expensive (about $20/month at 4 per day). I switched from an RX Omega 3 product to this and my lab results stayed within acceptable range. (My MDs were all made aware of this switch.) Update- this costs $10.00 in Costco

I have been using this product for a long time now. I have bought it in stores as well as on Bolo. Only this package DID NOT have a plastic seal covering its lid to show it is authentic. Yes, the seal on top of the bottle opening is there. But the absence of the outer seal makes the product that much suspicious. Unfortunately I threw away the packaging materials and the invoice before checking the merchandise. Hereafter I will buy such items from a store rather than ordering on Bolo.
