Pelikan replacement nib for the Tradition Series M200 fountain pen. Nib is gold-plated stainless steel and iridium tipped for long-lasting writing quality. Can only be used with Pelikan series M200 fountain pens.
Replacing the nib is as easy as 1-2-3. Each of the Pelikan nibs unscrew from the barrel holder and replace by screwing the new nib in until it is secured.

Great product. The tines were slightly misaligned when the nib came, but correcting that, as long as one has a loupe or a good pair of eyes, doesn't take long. The shipping was a little slow, but so be it. The line was, as I'm used to Pelikan's fine nibs, quite fine indeed, but the nib was ultimately quite smooth despite the feedback that inevitably accompanies so fine a point.

Not as ornate as the nib that came with my pen, but not problem. Easy to change out, which was surprising. Ink flow was typical for a Pelican. The nib I got was XF, but writes link a standard F in my other pens.

Bought this to replace the nib on an old style M200 and couldn't be more pleased. For an extra fine, there's a minimum of feedback but just enough to create that tactile experience I prefer when writing. The nib came from Germany in a week: great service.

Purchased the Pelikan M200 with a fine nib. However very fine quality paper is not readily available to me and the fine nib was too wet. This extra fine nib is exactly what I needed. Writes smoothly.

Pelikan, beautifully made, writes a little wet like pelikans do, silky smooth with slight pleasing feedback, a slight flex that can provide line variations. Excellent all around workhorse. Never disappoints.

I bought the pelican and 200 with the idea that if he finds his neighbor would be sufficient. However, after riding with the fine I realize that I wanted the extra find them. Is exactly what I needed! I love it! It is a really good quality nib.
Kvalita Pelikan
Pera Pelikan obvykle dodávají do hrotu větší množství inkoustu, proto bývá tloušťka čáry silnější. Z toho důvodu jsem se rozhodl pořídit si nejtenčí hrot EF a v peru ho vyměnit. Originál byl F, který ale psal jako M, skoro až jako B. Tento EF hrot je možná naopak až příliš tenky, ale jsem s ním rozhodně spokojenější.

Rejuvenated Pelikan Pen
I have a Pelikan pen that I bought about 40 years ago. When I bought it I was into calligraphy and wanted an italic nib. Over the years my writing style has changed and the pen, sadly, became unused. I was browsing through my “favourite bookshop” and found that other nib units was available and it fitted my old pen. The nib unit was delivered within 24 hours of ordering too! I am very pleased.
Extra Fine Nib
It took a week of using this nib to break it in and now it is my best extra fine nib. I use this nib in a M200 pen and I am really learning to love the quality of Pelikan Fountain pens.
