So far, I’m not finding it helpful. I’ve taken the stuff in the past and I’ll be honest with you. I’m not even 100% sure it works then. I worked for an old country doctor that had recommended it and he swore by it. Now that the arthritis has said in worse, I still don’t think it’s working at all. But it may work for you everybody’s different.
