I have gray hair only on the edge of my tramples and was occasionally dying my hair in salons but every single time I ended up with disastrous results since hairstylists refused to dye just gray parts. Hairstylists insisted on doing the whole hair with excuse that it would be hard to match the rest of the hair and my hair would be uneven , blah blah blah. Firstly, they were never able to mach my hair color anyways and I would end having black hair instead of medium brown and secondly, on top of everything, I would end up with "hot roots" and so-so gray coverage. I just had enough of incompetence and spending money on bad dye jobs and all that aggravation and decided to try this product reasoning that it can not possibly be worse than what I experienced in "hands of professionals". I was in awe , to say the least ! The color is EXACT match to my medium brown hair, gray is covered 100 % and hair has zero damage even though I perm my hair regularly. WOW ! I am happy, happy costumer and I pray to god this shade does not get discontinued LOL.

    Love this product! I have been using a different Loreal product but tried this and it has so much better gray coverage, includes a shampoo which I think is a great idea to remove the chemicals and it has a really lovely very light ash finish that I did not see with the other product, great product! Thanks Loreal!

    This is the exact color & brand that mom used. It got too difficult to find the correct number until I noticed a two-pack was available online. I kept the subscription active until mom needed to wear a wig full time. The price for the two pack was more reasonable.

    I really like thıs product. I have dark hair. After patiently applying this product to your hair every 4 or 5 days, your hair will be close to what is in the picture. 👩‍🦳And without damaging it. The only thing missing is that it would be great if there was a brush or something in the box.🙂‍↔️👍

    I love this brand it is the color of my true color so it helps covering the white hair I will always buy this the price is kinda high but I love how it covers the white hair and I do it every 6 to 8 weeks

    First time buying & using permanent hair color. Used it last night. While there is a strong ammonia smell during application and a residual smell after, maybe if I had used all the shampoo provided the remaining scent would be less prevalent. Otherwise, product resulted in great coverage, left my hair soft, and very shiny.

    Price doubled, hope this was a mistake, I've ordered this at least 5 times, my last order was DEC/24 and the price for a 2 pack was $10.97, for the last year or more, which was an amazing price, so what happened Bolo...Hope this was a mistake, many sad customers now!

    I used 7.5 ash on my natural black roots and worked perfect. No orange shadow. It includes shampoo and conditioner too. Very high quality.
