This is a great product and received it quick! It was working fine until it had time to build up in my system, then started giving me excruciating stomach pains. I stopped taking it. BUT...I believe it would be fine to take if you do the following: take one a day for the first week in the morning with a little something to eat. The second week take one a day on say Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The third week and then on...take twice a week, like Mondays and Thursdays. Give it the first week to build up in your system, then ease off a little from there. This really is a good product, just don't need to over do it like any other good quality supplement or vitamin!

I was a bit worried when the bottle advised mixing the drops in juice due to strong and, they say, bad taste. I don't drink that juice s***...to much sugar.Anyway, the stuff has no real taste. What it does do pleasantly surprised me. It gave the water a mineral quality to it...not taste...something hard to describe. Not like hard water feels, it was like when you drink from a super clean mountain stream that requires not filtration or treatment before you enjoy.Do know I am mixing 20 drops at a time in 2 liters of water, so depending on what you do, you results may vary.I definitely recommend for just how it makes your water somehow feel less like treated tap water.

I highly approve of this product. Now, I may be taking it for a different reason, but who knows. Anyway, I work as a waiter and I deal with people all day long. In addition, I am a very healthy individual.However, I have noticed that since I began to take this Trace Mineral supplement, ONLY on work days, I was very peaceful and easy to deal with in such a high stress, high demand restaurant. At this restaurant, which seats ~500 people there is a lot of noise and a lot of bells ringing for carrying trays for people who may need help. I have noticed that it worked well to keep me from getting frustrated and keep me calm, in such an environment.

I'm very satisfied with this supplement so far. I've been taking it for about a week.I have a tendency toward nausea and was concerned about reports of vomiting, but I am careful to only take it halfway through a full meal and have not had any problem.I had a very difficult pregnancy a couple years ago that I think might have been due to some nutritional deficiencies. I'm adding this supplement in as part of my pregnancy preparation. Hopefully things will be better next time. I probably won't know for sure till then, but it's easy to take.

My nails grow so fast when taking this it's something I will NOT love without taking daily! This and grass fed beef liver (ancestral brand) are truly live changing! Trust me, get these it's unreal how much we are missing these necessary minerals.

I have been a big fan of using trace minerals for years. I couldnt seem to find a brand that had everything I was looking, which is why I turned to Seeking Health. I love Dr. Ben Lynch and every thing the company stands for and have many of their products.Unfortunately, I have had the same issues like many of the reviewers. Everytime I take my Trace Minerals, I feel sick, even if I've had something to eat. (This has been an issue in the past with other supplements, but this one starts as a burning sensation in my gut and is much stronger of a sensation). As I was trying hard not to upchuck my lunch, I googled to see if anyone else had these issues.. and sadly google directly led me to the reviews section here. Like many others, I take this one every few days or so, because of the fact, I dont want to run the risk of throwing up and feeling unwell to return to work. Hopefully Seeking Health can give us an alternative. Its a great products if you have a strong stomach, but most of us are working to repair our Gut and are super sensitive. Sadly, the cons outweigh the pros on this one.
