These work amazingly for me. I don’t use them often but when I need something to help me fall asleep these dissolve quickly and do not taste bad or leave an after taste. They are also fast acting. Great price and the bottle will last me a long time.

im 15 so like an average teen my sleep schedule is cooked. i go to bed at 4 or 5 or even like 9am. i took these twice now and they work fast asf. took some at 11pm, when they kicked in it was still 11 maybe 11:30, then i fell asleep. i used to wake up at like 4 pm but with these ive been waking up at 9 am. taste good. work better than more expensive melatonins ive taken, small but mighty, and the smell isnt good but u can only smell it if u put ur nose straight up to the jar and smell it lol its not strong

Nice 5mg chewable puts me to sleep. Strawberry is a common flavor, and I've had better. Of course, I'm here to sleep, not enjoy dessert.

I love this product . It has been the only thing to work that has made me feel like I’m getting enough rest. I used to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or because my kiddos would wake me up and I just could not go back to sleep and having taken melatonin in able to fall right back to sleep . You do have to TRY to shut your brain off , it’s not gonna like make you feel drowsy but the second you succeed at saying “ok I needa sleep” you’re out . Oh and it doesn’t taste bad at all .. 10/10 !!
