Got this product and it works exactly as I assumed it would. The service is purchase and delivery was no better or worse than what would be expected. I wish I could give more stars if service or product were better than expected, but I don't think that is possible.

I laughed when I saw that I have purchased this item 23 times. And that doesn't include as many times as I've receive it as a gift! I am obviously an addict. It is just the best lip balm that makes my lips feel good. There is a mintiness and a little burn feeling I love. The four pack is a good value compared to buying singles online or in stores.

It's my 1st time using this lip balm and it is the best I've ever used. I'm 69 and in my younger days I never had any problems but as I get older things change like lips getting drier. My wife uses Carmex which I hate I can't even remember the name of what I was using but I saw the 5 stars when I was ordering and thought I'd give it a try and the 1st time I used it I could see the difference. You can't go wrong with this one

It keeps my lips smooth and soft and I love the way it tingles. I believe it may even help cover up bad breath… After a work lunch one day I applied this exact lip balm and a coworker asked me if I had actually brushed my teeth! I told him no, I just applied my BURT’S BEES peppermint lip, balm!I have tried so many brands in all price points over the past 20+ years and I find myself always returning to BURT’S BEES.
