The only reason that I only gave 4 stars was because it doesn't have enough good bacteria. One or 2 a day not strong enough. After I started taking 3 in am and 3 in the pm my restroom habits were like I was 30 years ago. Regular every single morning after putting my feet on the floor. I recommend a probiotic that has 50 to 60 billion active bacteria to get results.

I just switched from the 4x to the 5x but I'm not seeing a difference. I have to say, these are wonderful for me. I have Gastroparesis, paralyzed stomach. Without being on a dangerous pill I would be in pain and have abdominal difficulties. I was on vacation and could not drink my daily kefir. I tried some other probiotic pills but I was in pain and had to keep staying behind while my family all went out to do things. My father in law gave me the 4x version as they didn't work for him. I was AMAZED! Within two days I was doing great! I couldn't believe what a difference they make for me!! I do not ever want to be without these!! I had to go off of them for iodine radiation therapy and once again I was in agony for weeks. It was awful. I will NEVER be without these pills again! PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THESE!!!Please note, I am not saying these cure Gastroparesis. They just help my symptoms tremendously.
