For the first time ever, my cholesterol numbers were where they needed to be! I’ve been using this product for a couple of months & am excited to see results this soon. I have also adjusted my diet (as best I can). But I do attribute the lower numbers to adding this supplement.

When my cholesterol levels went up my Naturopath Doc suggested this product before having to think about statins. It worked! My numbers went back down.(I take 3 a day) I have also added Resveratrol and that helps also.Just a word of warning. I ran out of Thorne Red Yeast Rice one time and I bought another brand at a Whole Foods Market to try. It just happened that I had a blood draw while on the substitute brand, and my cholesterol was high again. Thorne is a brand I know works and I can trust! So glad Bolo carries it on Prime!So here I am a year or so later still using this product I trust and know works. You should also take a ubiquitol COq10 with this to get maximum effects. I now take a number of different natural remedies that I can count on working. Including products from Organic India. So much better than taking prescription meds with all the side effects!😵

My hubby has had high cholesterol and been on meds for at least 5 years. They gave him terrible leg cramps, increased the muscle enzymes in his legs to an alarming rate. His doc switched him from one expensive side effect laden statin to another.I started him on the Choleast 900 and Omegagenics EPA-DHA 500, along with a reduction in some bad for you food (fat and carbs) and increase in some good for you food (greens, veggies) and some walking. I'm not talking an overhaul in diet at all, just some small changes.He is within normal limits for the first time in years and his doctor was shocked at the change in the last six months...and that it was without the drugs. I can't recommend these supplements highly enough. No more leg cramps for him, no more outrageous prescription costs for us, no more supporting big pharma, and most importantly, no more high cholesterol!Now they just need an auto deliver program cuz he's all over me when he runs out and I forget to order more ;)

Red yeast rice does good things for cholesterol without drugs. This brand has good price and higher dose per capsule meaning fewer per day are needed. I recommend it.

I started taking this near the end of April 2023 after getting upsetting lipid results. Here are the changes after using this for 90 days:Total Cholesterol- 201 to 158Triglycerides 151 to121LDL Cholesterol 129 to 98My HDL did not improve, but I am dealing with genetic lipid issues from my folks.My doctor told me that my lipids were not bad enough to do anything about and we'd have to wait until they became clinically significant. I fired her and took matters into my own hands.
